Absolute perfection—the only way to describe this catering company. From the very beginning, Heather was amazing to work with. She knew the venue like the back of her hand, she made excellent recommendations for food, she was flexible and made adjustments to the menu when we were trying to keep the cost down, she made recommendations for other vendors during the planning process, and she has the patience of a saint. She is so incredible… despite being one of the busiest catering companies on the North Shore, she was responsive and on top of everything. The day of the rehearsal, Ken came to the venue which added to the extra touch they give all of the work they do. When we arrived at the venue for rehearsal, there was a major issue with how the room was set up and the venue coordinator was denying responsibility for the issue and was refusing to fix it – while I was about to have a meltdown—Ken to the rescue! He kept a cool head and since he has done so much work with the venue in the past, he was able to get them to agree to fix the problem which I was so thankful for. We had to leave the venue to get to dinner before I knew if the problem would really be fixed and he told me DO NOT worry—no matter what when I show up the next day, everything will look like how I planned. And sure enough—it did. Ken and his crew made everything perfect, it exceeded my expectations- they completely transformed the room. They helped set up for the ceremony and then flipped the room and made it a beautiful room for the reception. They really saved the day. One side of our family is a bunch of FOODIES—and the absolute rave reviews we got about the food, there wasn’t a single disappointed guest. DELICIOUS FOOD! They also worked around a couple food allergies and my vegan diet, absolutely incredible. They worked amazingly with the other vendors, they arrived at the venue 4 hours early, and stayed as late as necessary to clean up and remove all of the garbage. They had beautiful, classy looking serving dishes for the food stations. They supplied all of the china, flatware, linens. Their staff is amazing at what they do. DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING WITHOUT HEATHER & KEN. I will forever be grateful at how amazing they were and how they really helped make our day so perfect. Thank you!!!
