She is calm, easy going, fun and kind, while also being so professional, extremely organized and highly knowledgeable in every inch of the wedding industry. Right away, she came to us with a very functional and easy-to-use planning tool, great vendor recommendations and pricing comparisons to ensure we stayed within our budget, and design and vision boards to help conceptualize our big day, which made our lives so easy when it came to making all of the big and small decisions. We also had monthly check-ins leading up to the wedding day to make sure we stayed on track and nothing fell through the cracks. I can't say enough about her responsiveness and communication style, the amount of care she puts into her clients is so special.
On the day of the wedding (and the hectic, busy days leading up), Kendall and her team executed everything so perfectly that my Husband and I could truly sit back and enjoy the day, without having to worry about anything. We even had the last minute challenge of rain on the forecast leading up to our wedding day, causing us to have to secure a big tent for our reception just 5 days before. I have no clue what we would have done without Kendall in this situation, she helped get the tent quotes, finalize the load-in schedule, adjust the seating layouts, etc. all in the 11th hour. With her help, our Plan B truly felt like Plan A all along. The day went so smoothly, from vendor arrival & setup, to pre-ceremony moments, to guest arrivals throughout the entirety of the evening, and Kendall was there through it all. Our guests are still raving about how perfect the day was for them too, which means so much to us. She made our entire wedding experience stress-free and truly enjoyable, and we couldn't be more thankful. Most of all, we really enjoyed getting to know Kendall for the human that she is, and we already miss talking to her on a regular basis.

She is so organized, kind, honest, empathetic, the voice I couldn't have myself in parts of planning, and she made my husband and I feel completely confident in every step of the way. She scouted vendors for us and checked out rentals in person. Our touchbase meetings were always productive and fun/funny.. I always looked forward to them and actually miss them! Lol. My butterflies started up the month before the wedding and I told Kendall. She gave me simple and impactful advice that I held on to throughout the wedding weekend, and I kid you not, that's really all I needed to avoid stressing. Our wedding turned out beautifully. After meeting up with some of our guests in the month after our wedding, we've heard this is the first wedding they've been to that felt perfect - nothing delayed, nothing wrong, beautiful vignettes and surroundings, and everyone felt the love, intimacy, cheer and warmth we wanted. We went with her partial package, and an additional event, but in hindsight, we should have gone all the way with her full planning package! Kendall impressed our whole (huge) wedding party during the rehearsal - she got us in and out swiftly, and we all knew what we needed to do on the big day. Kendall went above and beyond to keep us feeling calm and supported during our wedding planning process. She was incredibly responsive via email, text, call etc. She was always happy to answer any and all of my questions.

ntegrity, suggesting we go with the partial planning package rather than the full planning since we already had the venue and she could tell we wanted to be involved. She could have easily taken more money for the same level of work and we appreciate her honesty for that.
As far as the actual planning goes, she was very helpful in findings a variety of vendors, something that was critical in putting on a larger backyard wedding. From food to rentals and everything in between, she had a wide array of contacts for us to choose from and helped initiate conversations with them as needed.
The only complaint we had throughout the process was feeling like there were times we didn't meet or talk enough (monthly meetings). In hindsight, this is because there is a natural lull in the wedding planning process once all the big decisions are made. Keep this in mind with whatever planner you go with. They're present, just not needed as much at certain times in the process.
When it came down to the final weeks, Kendall was INCREDIBLE. We had some issues with various vendors and she was right there to put out every fire on our behalf, including finding a new dance floor 9 days before the ceremony and having all table linens sent to her house so she could personally prepare all of them.
Overall our wedding day went unbelievably smooth. We have gotten so many compliments from guests on how well everything flowed and what a great time they had. Kendall and her team are a huge reason for that. We couldn't have been happier with Kendall and highly recommend her for your event.

She had recommendations for vendors of all types, would give us multiple options and allow us to review and decide. Every additional vendor that we hired because of Kendall turned out to be phenomenal. There are many details to keep straight with planning such a big and important event, and Kendall never missed a single one. She also gave us wonderful advice at every turn; she is so experienced and has helpful suggestions for any idea or concept you might have. She does a great job of meeting you where you are at, supporting you in making your own decisions, and for those reasons and more, I never once felt pressured. We were totally clueless as to how to plan a wedding, and Kendall made us feel so at ease and organized our thoughts and concerns with the skill of a true professional. Throughout the planning process, Kendall was always one step ahead--reaching out to our vendor and communicating changes to ensure we were getting exactly what we had asked for. She was always so calm--but we never mistook her chill personality for not taking her job seriously; if anything, having a calm yet detailed and determined wedding planner was the perfect recipe for a well organized wedding. ing of all 3! One wedding was a destination, one was in town and this next wedding is a destination as well. Kendall helped locate possible venues for each, called the venue coordinators and confirmed prices, availability, what was provided, what we were responsible for, what we could expect and sent us a detailed email with everything listed and broken down. She then scheduled an initial meeting with each venue, complete with a detailed questionnaire for us to take to that meeting. Once the venue was chosen she proceeded to coordinate absolutely everything; researching and talking with rental vendors, caterers, bakeries, bands and/or DJ’s, photographers and hair salons, not to mention locating and coordinating accommodations for our guests. She offered decorating ideas and tips, provided a realistic budget, projected costs for each facet of the wedding and created a spreadsheet to track our vendors with payments made and payment due dates. Kendall responds to any question or concern in a very timely manner, is reassuring, supportive, professional, calm and incredibly organized!
