2010 and we still have not received our wedding video.
KSV was hired and fully paid in advance to film our wedding and 2 years later has not delivered our video. We did our research prior to hiring KSV and there were a few negative reviews about the unresponsiveness and length of time it took to receive the final video; however they still received it. When we questioned Ken about the delay, he explained delays were a result of a death in the family so we ignored the warning signs. After repeated attempts of following up via email and phone, KSV was unresponsive (true to the reviews) and at the rare chance he did respond, Ken blatantly lied saying the video was in the final stage of editing and would be delivered soon. On 6 separate occasions he promised to deliver the video, filling us with false hope. We offered to pick up the video or at minimum receive the raw footage to view on our 1st or even 2nd anniversary, but nothing.
The only positive from this experience was the same-day edit highlight video, which was truly remarkable leaving us excited to see more, but not sure if we will.
The worst part is my sister-in-law also hired KSV so one family may never relive the weddings of their only children. I am not sure if we will ever get a happy ending, but I do not want this happen to another couple.

KSV should not be in business. This is bad business, failing to produce the product and shows the true character of the business owner.

his pre booking presentation. Don't fall for it! Not only did the send a completely different team of videographers the day of our wedding, but it had been 6 months from my wedding and I have been ignored for the last month! I have no idea when I will receive my video- clearly not within the 6 months i was guaranteed before spending $2000!!!!!

Sadly a year and a half later we got our video with a very unclear picture (home video grade). Our big show was great and a hit the day of the wedding but overall customer service was terrible.

e got a call back! I happened to be with her and she handed the phone to me. I was promised a new date (3 months later) which has already passed by three months. We are now at a year since the wedding. I repeatedly call asking for simply an update and have not gotten a call back after leaving a message multiple times a week. I have seen reviews praising Kenneth right after a wedding. And I agree, customer service was great until after the wedding when you are actually looking for your product. Please go elsewhere. Even though the price is good, it's not worth it if you never get your video!

With his reputation and consistent inability to deliver a finished product (in a timely manner) save yourself the time, money and YEARS of aggravation and hire a different video company - there are plenty out there with much better reputations.

d has not delivered. His contact is sporadic, at best, and he offers nothing but excuses on the rare occasion he actually responds to our communication attempts.
I am not alone. We are in contact with other couples who are in the same boat, some of whom were married in August 2009.
I am only upset in regard to his extremely long turn around time and lack of communication.
Ken Stillman has changed the name of his business to Marigold Sky. I can't imagine that a new name means a new business ethic.
Before you book your wedding professionals, PLEASE check with the Better Business Bureau and get personal recommendations.
His video highlight clip was a huge hit at our reception!
