Kenny’s kings was such a hit and made our day so incredibly remarkable and something we’ll remember forever. With our package, we were promised a CO2 gun but never got it the day o...
f our wedding due to a safety issue with the gun while they were performing a test at the venue. Per them. Not one of my vendors who were around them getting ready (before they came out) told me they tested this. Their solution? $50 reimbursement. Plus, they never communicated ANYTHING to me until I chased them down and asked about it 2 months later. So sad because I really did love them for our wedding but I won’t ever recommend them to anyone if this is how they treat their clients. They don’t care about your experience after. God forbid you catch them getting away with not giving you everything you paid for. Such a shame.

was dancing up a storm. I knew I had to try to book him. Jasmine was so quick to respond and super attentive towards our needs. We were unsure what we really wanted and they worked with me. We had to postpone the wedding due to the pandemic and they were able to rebook me a year later with zero issues. During the wedding, we were so happy and excited to see his light display and drums. They both were very friendly, informative and patient. Honestly, we felt like we knew them forever. His performance was so energetics, had everyone dancing to his beat. He kept along with all the dj's songs and mixes. It was amazing! My guest were blown away from the Hora Loca ! Totally worth the investment and we would highly recommend Kenny Kings El Timbalero for your next event ! You would be a hit - we still are!
