He greeted and congratulated my husband and I as soon as we pulled up in the limo. He is lively, energetic, fun, but most importantly, he kept us, our friends and our family on the dance floor all night long! From the start of the reception, after the bridal party introductions, he made sure the crowd was having a great time! We requested a lot of group participation and he respected our requests. He did a great job tailoring his music selections throughout the entire reception. Our friends and family were telling us all night long how great DJ Adonis is! our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dance. The ceremony music was perfectly timed and faded. The volume was perfect. He played all the songs we requested for each part of the wedding. He was very flexible and communicated with us throughout the entire night. He helped make sure the speeches went off perfectly, and his timing was impeccable. We had a list of “do not play” songs that we gave to him prior. Whenever a song on that list was requested, he made sure to check with us first. We trusted him so much that we eventually told him that he can have free reign to decide what our guests are dancing the most to, and to play whatever he thought was best! Our dance floor was packed the entire night. No one wanted the dance to end! He was by far the best DJ I have ever experienced at a wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, and specifically Matt!

Matt was the one that he knew right away was not going to let us down. We met initially to discuss the logistics of our day and what our vision was. He was very knowledgable and ready with suggestions on everything from the type of music, traditional events, cake cutting, garter toss, room set up, all the way to scheduling and communicating when and how everything will play out the night of. We loved how he played his music based on the crowds energy and he also took requests. Our photographer suggested we hire a planner to help with the events of the day, but we didn't need to do that because Matt worked so well with our event planner to ensure everything was on track. Not only was his ability to play great music just amazing, but he did an amazing job as an MC. The best part was that we felt at all times that he was truly devoted to making sure our day ran smoothly and that my husband and I were satisfied at al times! We made it clear that our family would be on the dance floor all night and Matt made sure that happened. Even up until the last dance, the dance floor was filled with the remaining guests. We cannot express enough how grateful we are to have met Matt and have him as our DJ! One thing I almost forgot to mention is that sometimes djs play their own music even though the clients provide specific songs or styles.. I gave Matt a ridiculously long list of songs and he nailed it perfectly, playing as many of the songs on the list I provided him two nights before the wedding! ry comfortable with how they usually assign their DJs (i.e. they review your file and assign someone without you meeting them), but luckily we were able to request a specific DJ because our friend had used him and by chance we got to meet him as well. One of the things we liked the most was how flexible and accommodating they were. We wanted very specific music to be played and did not want a DJ that tried to "steal the show" and they assured us it was our day and they were here for us. My only two complaints (which are minor) are that the DJ played the same song twice during dinner, and there were several times when our dance floor was practically empty. We felt like he should have done a better job at reading the crowd and trying a different genre if the floor was empty, but instead it took us going up to him to tell him what song to play next. All in all, very minor in the grand scheme of things and we would definitely recommend them!

The reception started out well enough. But after dinner he went right in to playing dance music. About 10 song into the evening he decided to stop and let us have our first dance! I was so upset. I felt more like we were and interruption to the party than the reason for it. He played a mix of music, but very few of our requested songs. We had quite a few children at our wedding and a few of his song selections I thought were inappropriate. The one song I specifically asked him NOT to play ("The Electric Slide") was of coarse played. It was like he took our requests and threw them away. He never even did the bouquet toss! Overall, people did seem like they had a good time. He was able to play a good mix. I just wish I could have been a consideration at my own wedding.

I REFUSED to come down until she was where I wanted her! Well, then Kenny Mondo (his brother was hired to do the sound system for the harp) charged us overtime for the harp and sound system! My husband refused and offered to go to court. We have not heard anything else from them!
