Thank you so much, Megan and Kensington Makeup! They did the hair and makeup for my bridal party and everyone had fun with them and everyone loved their look. They touched us up before the ceremony and photos. The trial helped us figure out what I wanted for my big day and they are all very sweet artists! Thank you, again, for making us look perfect for our big day and for being so sweet through the entire process!

Oh. My. God. From the moment I inquired with Kensington I was just at ease. Natasha was absolutely wonderful at communicating. I was able to pick the perfect package for our group - hair and make-up at a wonderfully competitive price. My trial was amazing! I felt completely at ease and my stylist did a wonderful job of listening to what I wanted. The timeline they sent was so helpful to our crew. On the wedding day everything went so smoothly and both the hair stylist and make-up artist were extremely talented! All of my girls are beautiful but they handled the different ages, styles, and preferences beautifully. Everyone was so happy with how their looks turned out! Absolutely would recommend to any and every bride!

Kensington did my hair, all of my bridesmaids, MoB, MoG, and flower girls hair! They were beyond amazing!! My hair was everything I ever wanted! Jennifer, Norma, and Megan were the hair stylists who worked with us and were super professional and I really enjoyed working with them! Without a doubt I would hire Kensington again!

Kensington did a great job for makeup on the day of our wedding. The artists arrived on time and were efficient at keeping the schedule. Alvin is truly a master artist and completely transformed us with his skill and eye for detail.

Thank you so much to Lidia at Kensington for her incredible work on my bridal hair and makeup looks. She was so calming to work with and took my suggested changes from the trial in stride. I was really blown away by the final product because I felt radiantly beautiful but I still looked like myself and the looks celebrated my natural and timeless beauty wedding themes. With Kensington you communicate through a portal which is a bit indirect and services are not inexpensive (I was surprised by the cost but I never have professional makeup or hair services) but the outcome was as good as I could have hoped for from an experienced and talented artist. The hair and makeup work did not budge despite the heat of an outdoor wedding, happy tears, dancing, and long wear. Thank you for making me feel like a queen on my special day!

I never wear makeup or do my hair... and the INCREDIBLE ladies at Kensington made me look stunning at my wedding!! Mariah did an amazing job! We had so many conversations about what I wanted and she really listened to me and adjusted as we went. Everyone complimented my hair and makeup all day! Natalie did my bridal hair and make up for my wedding, and WOW. It was flawless, natural and it lasted ALL day even after I cried my eyes out at my ceremony. Natalie listened to all my thoughts after our trial, and applied them as requested. Alvin did an incredible job with my bridesmaids, moms and grandma. I picked this company for the price, use of airbrushing and lashes, and the very reasonable pricing. Communication for scheduling and invoices was thorough, and all saved on their portal. Would absolutely recommend Kensington, especially Natalie.

From the very beginning, I knew I made a great decision in choosing Kensington Makeup for my big day. The customer service is unmatched and everyone is genuinely nice and wants to be there for you. It's not "just a service". They treat you like their sister or childhood best friend. All of my questions were answered clearly and concisely. Natasha honestly was a huge help in SO many aspects leading up to my big day. She also asks very great questions that I hadn't even thought to ask! Her willingness to make your dream work, flexibility to you, and just overall good heart makes Kensington so EASY to work with. Sadly, my fiancé and I decided to cancel our wedding and I didn't get to undergo the service. But due to the treatment and generosity I was shown in the moments leading up to my big day, I am DEFINITELY gong to book Kensington when the time is right again. I just had my hair & makeup trial for my wedding in May, and it was one of the most fun parts I have had in planning my wedding thus far! I was a bit nervous going into it, as I have had the same hairdresser since I was 8 years old. However, Megan was perfect! I told her what my vision was for my hair and makeup, and she executed it perfectly!! She also has the best personality - it was so much fun working with her! I am so excited for her and the rest of the team at Kensington to do my wedding in May!

Kengsington makeup was perfect for my wedding. I had to find someone 6 weeks out and they quickly scheduled trials around my schedule. They made me feel like the most gorgeous bride and did such a great job accommodating my bridal party of 10!

Oh my goodness. What a dream it was to work with this team! My bridesmaids, mother and MIL were SO happy with their hair and make up. Lidia did my bridal hair and make up and WOWZERS. It looked amazing. Sometimes make up can look quite cakey, but nope not ours! We all received so many compliments on our hair and make up. I had my makeup done for a friend's wedding by the girls at Kensington and they did such an amazing job. So much so that when I got engaged, they were one of the first bookings I made for my wedding. Best decision ever! Everyone got such individualized hair and makeup done and they all looked absolutely stunning! Not to mention that all of our hair and makeup lasted all day. I HIGHLY reccomend Kensington makeup for your hair and makeup needs on your wedding day. I had a trial scheduled in 2019 which was great and then we had to postpone our wedding 1 year and the owner Natasha without even question scheduled me for another free trial. She called me right after and made sure I loved the hair and makeup artist and how I looked. I loved it so so much. I had 17 bridesmaids/family get hair and makeup done on my wedding day and that was no problem for Kensington! They sent 6 artists and every single one of my girls looked STUNNING. The best part is they are all trained for airbrush foundation and it looks incredible in pictures because it's very light and not cakey looking. I personally have never felt or looked prettier in my life. I love Kensington and I would highly recommend them especially because Natasha the owner is so fantastic and easy to work with!

The Kensignton Team did such an amazing job during the entire process. From setting up the trial to getting the timeline done on the day, they were very communicative and had flawless execution. My artist, Lidia, did such a great job and my make-up stayed perfect through all of the sweat and happy tears of the day. All of my bridal party were so happy with the work done on their hair and make-up. Highly recommend working with them!!!

Natasha was a dream to work with! She gives clear communication, never leaving you hanging wondering whats next, and is super focused on making your customer experience a good one. I had 3 trials total, with the first 2 not being what I was looking for. Instead of giving me an "all or nothing" attitude, Natasha called and texted me personally to ask if we could do one last trial with a senior makeup artist. I am SO glad I allowed her to make things right, because my last makeup trial and my day of makeup was flawless. Nicole did my makeup and she knocked it out of the park. The only thing I will say is the hairstylists that showed up (we booked hair and makeup for the bridesmaids, then my personal hair person for me and the moms), the hair stylists that showed up were nice but only had basic style knowledge. They also wouldn't blow dry one of the girls hair (super short jaw length hair), stating they were hired to do the hair not blow dry it. It was a little awkward, but it was almost time for me to go out in my dress, so I let it roll off. The makeup Nicole did on the girls was PERFECTION though! Would definitely work with Natasha and Nicole again for makeup.

Natasha and team were so incredible to work with from when I first reached out for a proposal all the way through to my wedding day. Diana did my hair and make up trial and recreated my vision on my wedding day along with Alvin and Kazzy for my bridal party. I would absolutely recommend using Kensington for all your hair and make up needs on for your event!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Kensington was a referral from my planner and I’m grateful as they were a joy to work with for our wedding. From the first interaction via e-mail about quotes and the process to the day of the wedding, everything was well communicated and went smoothly. Megan did my trial and day of services. Lidia and Norma joined the team on my wedding day. All 3 were talented and terrific. They listened and provided direction when asked. They were friendly and efficient having enough time for touch ups and finishing ahead of schedule. Everyone was happy with how their wedding hair and makeup turned out. I would highly recommend Kensington for your hair and makeup needs!

I’d like to start by saying that my hair/makeup stylist, Diana, was very talented. She’s very good at what she does and made me look beautiful on my wedding day. I, however, have several complaints. On the day of my wedding she couldn’t remember certain hair tools or makeup shades that we had agreed on at the trial and asked me several times if I remembered (which I did not). This made me nervous that she did not remember what we used to create the look that I loved at the trial. My bridesmaids later told me that after I had left the room that she was very aggressive in asking them for tips, which made them feel uncomfortable. She was also unwilling to fix hair pins and various small things that they asked of her during their service. Overall, we were displeased with her curtness and inflexibility (especially for the price) and called Kensington to tell them our experience. Whoever we spoke to on the phone defended Diana and dismissed our negative experience. It was disappointing to see them miss an opportunity for service recovery and I will not be recommending this company to my friends or to my wedding planning company.

I had Megan for my bridal hair and makeup and WOW she knocked it out of the park. It was absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. She took my very minor tweaks from my trial and perfected the look for my wedding day. It was absolutely beautiful. Makeup and hair lasted all night and were just as fresh as the beginning of the day!

Natasha was so fantastic, she worked with me to get my hair/makeup trial done prior to the wedding even though we had to reschedule multiple times due to my job restrictions during Covid. She responds to messages extremely quickly and is always looking for solutions for her brides. Megan made me feel so comfortable during the trial, and the day of she incorporated all the changes we talked about, and I had so many people comment on how gorgeous my hair and makeup was. Megan did the makeup for my bridesmaids and Jen P. did their hair- both ladies were great at giving the girls exactly what they were looking for, and they were efficient, professional, and so nice. I couldn't be happier with how beautifully it all turned out.

I had Megan for hair/makeup for my elopement and it survived our drive up to Sedona and our hike up to the top of Cathedral Rock (advanced hike)! I couldn't be more happy about the outcome & wish I lived in town because I'd use her all the time!

I worked with Natasha and Lidia for wedding hair and makeup trials and appointments. They are lovely, conveniently located, and super flexible. My favorite thing about working with Lidia is that she has great instincts on what to ask about, and what to do! So lucky to work with Kensington for this occasion and would use again for any other that arises.

Kensington was great to work with. They have this process down to a science and make it super easy on you as the bride to book and schedule everything and not have to worry. They are great with communication and very reliable which is so important. I was a little hesitant at one point because based on my wedding party size we were only having 1 girl come do all our hair and I didn't think there was enough time for us all but Clarice, my stylist, killed it and exceeded my expectations. Not only did she blow through getting all of our hair done on time (a little early too!) but everyone's hair looked AMAZING. I could not thank her enough for everything. I knew through my trial that she was great but the way she got through all of us so smoothly, and all looked so good was impressive. I highly recommend her if possible- she's the best. Kensington was amazing to work with for hair and makeup for my wedding day. Communication with them was excellent as well. We had moms, bridesmaids, and a few others get hair and makeup done, and everyone looked juts PERFECT. When I originally went in for my bridal trial, I wasn't super happy with how things turned out, but Natasha had me come back for a re-do trial, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. After that, I booked the team immediately and am so glad I did. The ladies that came for the day of, Diana (who I worked with for my trial) and Gabi, were at the getting ready site perfectly on time and ready to go. They were very professional and did an excellent job with every single lady. I can't say than you enough for making us all look so beautiful and keeping things on track!

I initially heard about Kensington Makeup when they did my sisters wedding 4 years ago. I loved how they did each person's hair to meet their individual wants and style. Four years later I booked them for my wedding in June 2019. They did a fantastic job on all my bridesmaids and myself. Each girl picked what they wanted and the stylists were able to do it flawlessly. I could not have been happier!

Every aspect of Kensington was wonderful. Natasha is organized and gets everything set up for you-even if you are working on short notice for trials because you live out of state. Diana was our main artist, and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I have never received more compliments on my hair, and to be honest, I've never seen more amazing hair, if I do say so myself. Her partner for the day, Elyse did an excellent job with make-up as well. All the girls were glowing and confident, thanks to these two talented ladies.

Let me just say, I loved my experience with this company! Natasha was able to help coordinate everything and was quick to resolve any hiccups. I booked way too far in advance (a little over 12 months prior to my wedding) because I was thinking about doing the trial during my engagement photos. Someone new mixed things up and then the artist was on her way to my venue on my date but one year earlier and even though it was resolved quickly and impacted their staff more than me, they had waived the fee of my trial. That was unbelievably kind. During my trial, the junior artist did not show me what she was doing as she was doing it which made it a little stressful considering I didn’t like the braid and she kindly redid it and my bridal shower was later in the day. I thought the make up was fine but wasn’t super impressed. On the day of my wedding, my junior artist had an emergency and the owner, Holli had came to do my hair and make up along with the second junior artist for my bridesmaids. I was so glad Natasha had Holli come so I wasn’t stressed and I was so grateful Holli could make it. Holli did the most beautiful make up!! To save time because only two artists come no matter how many girls pay for hair and make up unless you pay for additional artists on top of that, I got my hair done by the junior artist that did not do my trial. She was incredible as well! It is hit or miss with the junior artists but do not count them out! Both artists were amazing! The timing of everything was great!

We could not have been happier with Diana and Beth. Diana did such an amazing job of my hair and make up, I was given compliments all evening. The glow and natural look she gave me was exactly what I hoped for. You guys were awesome :)

I just had my son's wedding near Scottsdale AZ. I was traveling from Phildelphia area and to have found great team was fortunate. Natasha and her team did a wonderful job with the hair do's for a large (25+ people) party. They were timely, friendly, accommodating and did an awesome job. I recommend them highly for your hair and makeup needs. Thank you❤️

I worked with Natasha to arrange all the plans and she was great to work with. Even when I had to make a last minute time change she was able to accommodate me which allowed my day to run smoothly. My artist for makeup and hair was estefany who was incredibly sweet and did an amazing job!

The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because my stylist didn't manage time well and had me running 45 min late... had to continue my hair at the venue. Thank God I paid for touch up services otherwise I would have been in really bad shape. That said, hair and makeup was gorgeous!!!!! Their coordinator was super helpful and always responsive! Would absolutely use them again but would set a timer half way to make sure we were on schedule.

The team at Kensington did a wonderful job on our wedding hair and makeup. The nice thing about them was the makeup didn’t feel too heavy on anyone, and it lasted all night long. The hair was absolutely gorgeous, and the women did a great job capturing the mid-century era we were looking for. I recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free, beautiful job at a fair price.

Kensington Makeup exceeded my expectations for my wedding day! I had a large party of 13 and went with their Junior artists. Their work was impressive; my moms and my bridal party felt beautiful and confident with their hair and makeup! Some claimed to have it better than when they got married! Plus we were an hour ahead of schedule!! Who does that?! I had the pleasure of meeting Holli, the owner, who did my hair and makeup and made my vision of what I wanted come true; it was timeless, beautiful, and “me.” She was easy going and knew what would look pretty. Personally, I searched far and wide for the right makeup artist that was affordable for my large party so when I discovered they had an academy to teach, to me it meant they also knew their craft. I worked with Natasha, who I corresponded with from the beginning to make scheduling easier. Her role is a bonus to keep everything organized! The artists were all professional, easy to work with, and punctual. I highly recommend Kensington Makeup for any bride- they are amazing at what they do!

Natasha runs the show and she does it so well. I could not imagine a simpler process - payment plans, many changes until DAYS before the event, multiple levels of artist talent, fair prices and instant responses. Kensington was amazing to work with but I give all the credit to Natasha for that. My bridal artist was Lidia and I had two junior girls, Candy and Taylor. Everyone was on time, professional and handled the stresses of NINE girls with requests very well. Lidia is the only girl I can truly vouch for. She was phenomenal. I cannot imagine what my day would have been without her calm nature and ability to fix my many, many, MANY day of changes. So: LADIES, don’t do what I did unless you have Lidia. I changed my hairstyle the day of. Honestly, I can barely put my hair in a messy bun but somehow I thought I could judge the amount of change to my updo when it looked “simple”. It was not. Lidia was phenomenal. She made my hair look identical to the Pinterest photo vision I had in mind. However, I just didn’t feel like me. Here we go, second attempt. She brought the volume down on top and redid the gorgeous wrapped back. Also, didn’t feel like me. Ten minutes until I need to get in my dress, sweating through my makeup and having a minor panic attack...she was calm SO SO CALM. It was a beautiful feeling. She rocked out those last ten minutes with epic perfection and created the most perfect “fancy pony tail” as my non-talented self calls it. I’m not even going into detail on my makeup as that was also perfection and done on a first try. The trials are so important and I advise any girl to make multiple ones if they change their minds but if you have Lidia, you’ll be good to go with no worries! Thank you kensington for a wonderful bridal experience! I would happily return to have my hair and makeup done for any occasion!

I'm so so thrilled with how our wedding hair and makeup turned out! Kensington was easy to work with and the girls were professional. My makeup didn’t budge, to the point where it looked perfect the following day. I highly recommend!

I worked with Kensington Makeup for my wedding this past weekend. Natasha is a great organizer of the planning, trials and payments. She worked with me to make sure I had a trial scheduled and had a stylist that would work well with what I had envisioned I would look like on my wedding day. Payments are easily made online, you could even choose to include tip, and not worry about it the day of. The stylist that I worked with for my trial did not show up on my wedding day. Kensington Makeup was very professional and the owner of the company came to my rescue and did my hair and makeup. I really like the affordability of Kensington Makeup, I chose the Junior Stylist package, which was a great price for what I wanted!

I found Kensington at the Phoenix Bridal Show. Their customer service and hair/makeup services were phenomenal!!! Natasha, the coordinator, was so communicative and easy to work with. Through several changes in dates and services she worked with me and my bridesmaids. The invoice process made it extremely easy! All my bridesmaids and moms were so happy with the way their hair and makeup turned out. I had Lidia do my bridal hair and makeup and she was amazing! Her products were great quality and she worked with me to get exactly what I wanted.

As an out of state bride, I relied heavily on reviews and recommendations. Both my photographer and wedding planner had recommended Kensington Makeup. From my first phone call, I was impressed by the friendliness and thoroughness of Natasha. It was super easy to set up an appointment for a trial that was convenient for me. I will be honest, I was concerned because I do have long hair and am EXTREMELY picky about getting my hair done. I had my hair done in weddings that I stood up in and usually the artist struggled with all my hair. At the trial, Holli listened to my envision and also made recommendations of what she thought would compliment the look I was going for. I was completely blown away with my hair and makeup and couldn't be happier!! On my wedding day I felt absolutely fabulous and Holli took the time to make sure everything was on point. I truly felt that Kensington took the time and went above and beyond to make sure I felt beautiful on my special day! Stop looking and choose Kensington- you won't be disappointed!!

Overall, Kensington Makeup did a good job planning out my wedding day hair and makeup. Natasha, the wedding event coordinator, collected payment from all of my bridesmaids and coordinated services and arrival time for the hair/makeup stylists. There is room for improvement on the timeline. I was the bride and felt rushed through my hair and makeup and we were running late at the end, which made the process more stressful than I had hoped. All of my bridesmaids and my mom and mother-in-law loved their hair and makeup.

I had a wonderful experience with Kensington! I'm actually based out of Chicago and came across Kensington on Instagram. After reading positive reviews, I booked Kensington for hair and make-up for my engagement photos, rehearsal dinner and wedding. I worked on the planning and timeline of services with Natasha. She was always very informative in her responses, and I was at ease before each event. The artist behind each of my looks was Lidia. I would book her over and over again! I showed her photos prior to each service and she managed to capture my vision entirely every single time. For my wedding, my hair and make-up lasted all day, even through photos in 90+ degree weather at the McDowell Preserve. Clarice did the hair for my entire bridal party (6x bridesmaids and my mom), and Stephanie assisted Lidia with make-up. All of my girls loved their looks! We are all from Chicago and raved about how we wish Kensington was available in IL. Seriously, thank you for giving me that bridal glam and making me feel extra beautiful on my wedding day!

Well let's just say that me and my bridesmaids looooove Kensington Makeup!!! Holli is the sweetest and is EXTREMELY talented at what she does. She did my hair and make up and made me look and feel the most beautiful I've ever felt. She understood my style and the more natural look I was going for and she did such an amazing job. She also did my mom's makeup and did an amazing job. I was so pleased!! We also had Clarice who did my mom's, aunt's and bridesmaid's hair and she did SUCH a phenomenal job. My girls all looked SO GOOD! Clarice was wonderful. We all had a great time with them just chatting and singing along to the songs playing in the background while we all got ready. :) Holli and Clarice were top notch and we were so thrilled to have them. Kensington Makeup Artists did such an incredible job with making me (bride), bridesmaids, sisters, and mothers feel so incredibly beautiful on my wedding day. They were extremely flexible and easy to work with prior to our wedding day and on our wedding day. Both of our artists, Lidia and Lexie, did such a wonderful job. I highly recommend Kensington Makeup for professional hair and makeup services. I was lucky enough to be assigned Yoriz for my wedding day and I was so happy with her work. She is young, vibrant, and knowledgeable about makeup. I was given a trial day to work with her and because of that, we were able to determine what would work and what wouldn't for the day of my wedding. An example of her professionalism: days before the wedding, I was still unsure of my hairstyle so kept emailing her photos. I finally landed on one I liked but she hadn't done it for me on our practice day, so she practiced the style from the photo on her family and when she arrived the day of the wedding, she knew exactly how to make the hairstyle work for me. I hired Kensington to do my bridal hair/makeup as well as makeup for my mom & 3 bridesmaids. Tianna did it all on-site & we were seriously floored at how incredible everything turned out. She listened to exactly what each of us wanted and executed like a rockstar, she is such a talented artist! We all looked & felt the most beautiful we ever have, plus she was just a joy to hang around with. I truly can't express enough how grateful I am to have had her along that day! On the admin side, Natasha was wonderful to work with. She's extremely attentive and knowledgeable, she made the process completely seamless. I can't suggest Kensington enough!
