A taste of Texas BBQ in Eastern NC, we offer a mixture of meats and sides all prepared from scratch, cooked and baked on Big Bertha, the smoker designed and built by the owner, Kent Esau. No mixes or pre-made foods, and all the seasonings and sauces are our own recipe, tried and tested to perfection. We cook our meats overnight, with a careful eye on Bertha, watching the temperature every 20 minutes and keeping the fire going to guarantee the meats and sides are cooked to perfection.
