The photos we saw online by Kenz and Nick were phenomenal and we just knew we had to hire them! We had our engagement shoot in Garden of the Gods with Kenz and Nick and after that experience we were beyond thrilled to have them be our photographers for the wedding. Not only are they great photographers, but they are also great people! They have such a relaxed and warm presence about them. They make it clear that they are there to do their job (take photos), but also there to make you feel comfortable and overall just have a good time sharing in the moment with you! I loved watching them at the wedding capturing moments and dragging us off to cool spots to get "the shot", but also laughing and having fun while doing it! Having them at the wedding felt like we had another set of friends in attendance to enjoy our day! Plus the photos turned out beyond amazing. Not only did they capture our love and excitement for our newest addition perfectly but they also let us include our 2 four legged family members in the shoot (Which I’m sure you can imagine is no easy task when you are trying to get not one but two dogs to sit still for photos). dings were always on my mind. I kid you not when anyone asked me “so when do you think you’ll get married?” I’d say no clue, BUT I already know who my photographers will be!! I told anyone and everyone about Kenz & Nick. They shot for our friends wedding and I remember seeing all the pics and being amazed at how many moments she captured of me, with my mom, etc. AND IT WASNT EVEN MY WEDDING! Fast forward to 2019, and Kenzie and my now fiancé planned an epic proposal for her to capture off the mountain side in boulder. First off the proposal was totally unexpected and I when I heard camera clicks I thought if I turn my head and it’s not Kenzie....I’m going to have to stop this or something....(among the other million thoughts on my mind) I knew I needed Kenz & nick as my photographers because I’ve always been amazed at the moments they capture. Not just the usual pics of us, but ALL THE DETAILS; the vibes, the memories, the atmosphere. We went to Moab for our engagement shoot in Nov 2019 and had an absolute blast. They are so fun to be around and have the biggest hearts. Not only were the pictures complete reflections of the love between my fiancé and I, but the shots captured made me feel so confident and beautiful. Good news for us, we get Kenz & nick for a whole year until our wedding in 2021. I can’t wait for the mini shoots along the way, and I’m just so honored to have you guys be apart of our biggest day! Whether you know Kenzie & Nick or just meet, it doesn’t take long to feel right at home with them. Did I mention she introduced us to our videographer?! We love you!

The two things I wanted in a wedding photographer were: 1) Someone who made us feel comfortable so we had fun and didn’t end up looking awkward or overly posed; and 2) Someone who does unique photos that aren’t cheesy. I wanted artsy photos that I’d actually want framed in my home because they’re truly beautiful photographs, not just because they’re our wedding pictures. Kenz & Nick did just that! The scenery around us looked so cool and unique from anything I’ve ever seen in engagement pictures, and we don’t look awkward or overly posed. They work well together, make you feel comfortable and give good direction. They’re also down to go the extra mile for awesome pics. It ended up snowing on us and we still went all over the park, climbed up rocks, and got several different looks in. If you want beautiful and unique photographs that capture natural moments you should book them.

re of having Nick on our shoot, Kenzie was extremely fun, professional, and open to all ideas! Not only did she make a snowy 10degree mountain shoot incredibly fun, but she made the entire experience memorable for both me and my fiance. She took us to the most perfect venue, shot what she needed in just an hour or so, and that night we had sneak peek edited photos to share out with our family. She even offered to drive us home after we drank a little too much whiskey to keep warm ;) We had all of our photos back to us quickly and they are absolutely STUNNING. Coming from two people who hate having their picture taken, that is saying a lot. She truly captured our love, our personality, and all within the most stunning of backdrops. I can not imagine a better photographer to go with then Kenz and Nick, they are on their A game, extremely fun to be around, and make sure that the most important people are you and yours. hings wedding related, stumbled on Kenz & Nick. After a deep dive of their social media, we took the plunge and wrote an email. Longest story shorter- Kenzie ended up meeting us in NYC to take our engagement pictures. We were a little nervous about taking pictures in the streets of a city that Kenzie didn’t really know , BUT YOU GUYS- she’s incredible. From the moment we met her, we were comfortable, in the way you are comfortable with a friend you see once a year. We spent a few hours of our morning all over the city, and did I mention it was the weekend of the “Arctic chill” ?? Well it was, (I’m talking -20 degrees), and she CRUSHED IT. Our pictures are so beautiful, & not as awkward as us at all. Kenzie is a total boss at teaching you how to walk , kiss, and cross streets in front of her camera. Truly, we left our session feeling like the luckiest couple ever to have found them! We couldn’t recommend kenz & nick (who we will meet come November) any more if we tried. Really, we love them, we love their work, and you absolutely will too!

She's such a gem to work with. To say nothing of the PHOTOS. I knew I didn't want a bright, white, staged photo gallery. I had a rustic-chic fall mountain wedding, and I wanted the photos to fit the theme... and did they ever! Kenzie has an eye for dramatic, intimate and unstaged photos - exactly what we wanted. She captured the intimate moments, and my favorite photos are the ones I didn't even realize she took. Kenzie and Nick will literally stop at nothing to get "the shot". They are committed, energetic, professional and FUN. Seriously, it makes all the difference to have a team that you adore taking these intimate photos. I would not share this day with just anyone. Now that the wedding is over, I am trying to think of new ways to work with them - it was that amazing. Our photos are show-stoppers. They showcase not only the subjects but the beauty of NATURE and our event space. We are Coloradans and wanted to highlight the beauty of nature in our shots. She also captured us at our best. I swear, we need to submit these photos to Vogue! Every photo makes me look STUNNING and my husband looks like a GQ model. Jaw-dropping pictures, people! y wedding weekend made me understand exactly whyy they’re pictures are just so great...it’s because they work together perfectly. They were tag teaming off each others ideas without even speaking out loud. Honestly from start to finish I just trusted them to do what they do best. Kenzie took my sisters engagement pictures and instantly I was like yep they are doing my wedding pictures, (I wasn’t even engaged!) The best part of hiring these two was the calm I felt on my wedding day because I knew they were going to kick ass and I wouldn’t miss a single memory.

She turned two awkward ducks into some pretty phenomenal photos. Not to sound ~too~ arrogant, but I would say our pictures rival Nick & Priyanka’s (and by that I mean they’re infinitely better). And she was so incredibly welcoming of my Indian heritage. We loved our engagement session so much that after we got married, we called her up and asked for another shoot in the mountains. This time Nick came along, and we had a complete blast. The pictures of us are honest to God breathtaking. I had so many questions leading up to the day of the photoshoot and they answered every single one, never once irritated by me (huge bonus that they are super friendly and laid back). I are usually not very photogenic or used to having our photos done so we were a little nervous going into it. Once we met up with Kenz & Nick our worries melted away within the first minute (our first shots were of us drinking beers and hanging out- so fun!). They are some of the most open-minded, welcoming and warm people I have ever met. Any idea you have - they will take it, and just roll with it. They helped us choose shoot locations, outfits, and more! I even wore some of Kenzie's clothes during the shoot - that's how awesome these people are! I cannot believe how amazing our photos turned out. We get compliments from every single person we show them to. You will not be disappointed, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding or engagement photographer!

Thats just how Kenz and Nick are. Laid back, go with the flow, welcoming, open, and amazing people! When Kenz asks you to do something that you might think strange DO IT! She had us stand in a basement window well and they are some of the most unique photos of us!!  Kenz grabbed us at sunset to make sure we got pictures with the sun going down behind us and the lighting just right! We even did photos with our dogs (who didn’t want to behave) but Kenz just went with it and got some beautiful pictures of our fur babies! Our wedding was an all night event and a few hours after Kenz and Nick left for the night she sent me a couple SNEAK PEAKS! If you need an awesome set of photographers you have found them!
