aracteristics EXPECTED in a wedding planner. These are not just false accusations, but I have several examples for each. I would love to speak with any of the other brides who seemed to have a different experience becuase I cannot fathom how anyone could ever think she was good at her job. I would also encourage anyone to contact me who may be thinking about hiring her and I will talk with you myself to make sure no one else's wedding day is ruined because of her. Unorganized- She lost all of the vendor contracts I sent her, causing me to send them multiple times. She would ask me the same questions mulitple times and never have answers. Even on my wedding day, she did not know basic things that I had told her several times. Three days before my wedding I spoke to a vendor who was planning to pick up the furniture rented during the middle of of the event bc Keren never listened that we extended the hours, although I had told her several times. I thought the purpose of a wedding planner was to make your life easier but she did the exact opposite. It gets worse...one of her staff would not let my bridal party enter the reception and held up the entire ceremony, forcing the musician to play the same song twice. I had to make her leave me all alone before my entrance becuase she was not using any kind of headset but texting her staff to let the bridal party in the ceremony becuase he clearly didnt know what he was doing and there was know communication or organization on her team. The worst part of all- I was the one who noticed, not her, and if I hadn't told her who knows how much longer the ceremony would have been delayed. Unproffesional- After losing all of my vendor contracts and having me resend the week before my wedding (obviously she had not been in touch with any of the vendors yet), she proceeded to blame it on her assistant, who was apparently a family friend and not really qualified for the job. She was also late for EVERY meeting and would again just give excuses. Worst of all, everything that she MESSED UP, she blamed on another vendor. First of all, I hired her to oversee the vendors so even if they did make a mistake it should have been her and her team to correct them, not cause them. But the problems were her, not the vendors. Attention to Detail- Basic things that you would expect to have at a wedding, Keren did not even notice were wrong. Even after specifically stating that I wanted to ensure all guests had champagne before any toasts were made, not only did Keren not even realize guests didnt have champagne, but she didnt even realize that the vendors had not brought champagne glasses at all. Other basic things like having candles at the tables that were actually lit was apparently too much for her to have to pay attention too. It was one of my bridesmaids who had to light the candles in the middle of dinner herself. I shouldnt have even noticed these things (and many more) but instead I could not even enjoy my wedding, constantly worried at what she would mess up next (the complete opposite of why I hired her). Lastly she had no decision making abilities and had to ask me basic questions all night (the #1 thing not to). I hope that anyone who reads this will rethink allowing Keren to have anything to do with their weddin
