ght a warm and calming presence that instantly made us feel comfortable. She struck the perfect balance between direction and letting moments flow naturally, resulting in genuine, emotional images that my husband and I will treasure forever.
The garden photos are some of my absolute favorites - Kerry has a remarkably creative eye for lighting and natural settings. Those photos feel vibrant, romantic, and even a little magical, like something out of a wedding magazine.
We also want to give special thanks to Lindsay, who was her second photographer. Lindsay kept the atmosphere joyful and fun and offered creative pose ideas that became some of our favorite shots.

oto sessions and helps coach you through various poses if you need it or aren’t sure exactly what to do. Our second shooter the day of was Veronica and she was awesome to work with as well. They were both very good at not drawing attention to themselves and being more on the perimeter during all of the big moment of the day, the ceremony, dances, cake cutting, etc. but still took amazing shots. That was something that was really important to us - we wanted all the moments captured but we didn’t want the day to feel like it was about the pictures and videos instead of the actual experience.
We also took our engagement pictures with Kerry as part of our package. They came out great and she was fun to work with. She had a lot of ideas for poses, which was really helpful since neither of us were sure about what we wanted to do. At the same time though she was all for anything specific we wanted to do. She is definitely more of a go with the flow type person.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is while going with the flow can be great, especially during weddings, it did end up causing us to feel behind during the day and we weren’t able to get quite as many pictures with our bridal party as we would have liked. We ended up becoming a little behind schedule during our bride and groom portraits so when we went to do our wedding party pictures, all of the family had already arrived for those pictures so we had to rush through those a little bit. We had a large number of family there for pictures - probably 60-70 people. We created a family photos shot list ahead of time so we could get through it efficiently but it still felt very overwhelming. Kerry did her best to go through the shot list but it seemed like she got a little overwhelmed by the number of people. We got through all the family pictures so that was good but I think it would have been better if Kerry could’ve taken charge a bit more when going through the shot list so that it wouldn’t have felt as overwhelming for us.
Overall the pictures are great and we enjoyed working with Kerry. We’re happy with out decision to have Kerry capture our wedding day for us!

It was very important for us to have our dogs in some of our engagement photos and so even though it was a very warm August morning in downtown Philadelphia Kerry not only patiently worked with us and our two dogs to capture priceless shots but she also had no shame in making cat and bird noises at the top of her lungs to get our dogs to look at the camera. We requested photos in multiple locations and Kerry not only worked with all of our requests but she found ways to capture those meaningful spots on camera in a way that made them look even more spectacular than they had been to us before. For the wedding itself Kerry worked with very challenging lighting inside of a candlelit greenhouse in November (in philadelphia) but she was able to capture so many of the details of our event that made it so unique and special for us. All of the images from our wedding are perfect for us and we could not be more appreciative of all that she did. Kerry Harrison is truly amazing - you could not do any better!

house about a month after we married. From the first contact, Kerry was very accommodating, willing to meet me at my convenience and work within my budget. She was receptive to all my ideas and wishes and followed through exactly as we had planned. Now my husband and I have lovely family photos that we missed out on by eloping.
Not only was Kerry a pleasure to have at our event, her post-production services were also excellent. We asked for significant re-touching of one particular photo (no fault of the photographer--a subject's eyes were closed), and Kerry was able to make it happen so that we ended up with exactly the photo we wanted.
A look through Kerry's on line portfolio makes it evident that her work is top of the line, but photos can't tell you what a pleasure she is to work with, how quickly she gets your photos to you after the shoot, and how reasonable and accommodating she is with your schedule and budget. And Kerry had great ideas for poses that were fun without being out of keeping with the event. In fact, they enhanced the whole experience.
