After working in the event industry for over five years, Bianca decided to pursue her dream of becoming a full-time wedding planner. In 2020, she launched her own business and has arranged numerous events since then. Bianca especially loves working with couples to plan their special day and bring their wedding dreams to life. She is flexible in her approach, and she strives to deliver a personalized service that caters to your preferences.

Before your special day, Bianca and the team are happy to arrange a brainstorming meeting with you to establish your goals and inspirations for the occasion. They will help you devise a timeline and to-do list for the big day, allowing you to stay on track of all the details in the run-up to the wedding. A partial planning package is available to help you manage different elements of event organization. Alternatively, you can choose a day-of coordination package to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly and according to plan.

s with many resources to ensure we were on track the month of the wedding. Whenever we were unsure or didn’t have any preferences for a specific decision, Bianca was able to provide helpful guidance. In the two weeks leading up to the wedding, we were slammed with work and unable to spend almost any time wedding planning. Without Bianca, we would not have been able to stay organized and prepared for the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, Bianca ensured that the day went seamlessly and helped us with every need so that we could be unplugged (picking up items from the hotel, setting up the wedding venue, lining up the processional, making sure we had everything we needed, turning down the AC when it got too hot in the venue for dancing, getting the vendors in place, etc.).
