So I had to meet Akeshi in person and from entering her warm, fabulous office space I was amazed at her work. g. They are very detailed oriented in that on my 1st encounter with Akeshi and Mary, I was given a check list as a guide. They are very professional. On the day of my wedding, they were with me from the beginning to the end of the event (i.e from my make-up session to the end of the event). They made sure they attended to all my needs and that the bridal party and groomsmen were ok. They made sure things got done in a timely manner. The event was very smooth and they did an excellent job coordinating the event. I'll recommend Akeshi and Mary to anyone needing help planning their event because THEY ARE JUST THAT GOOD. Believe me. There were even some things that as the bride I did not think of, like someone bringing my relief shoes to me right after the ceremony, or making sure my touch-up makeup was in a bag close by during the reception that someone from her team held. You want the day to go flawlessly and don't want to have to think about forgetting the little details. The moment I met Akeshi I was impressed by her organization and class, not to mention she has such a fun and loving personality that I knew I would enjoy working with her. Leading up to our big event I felt very confident in our decision to work together. Akeshi and her team delivered the PERFECT day! I don't think the styling was 100% needed and my family thought I was nuts getting a day of coordinator but when they met Desiree at the rehearsal they all changed their minds. With this team by my side I barely freaked out all day-outside of the normal waking down the aisle butterflies. Desiree coordinated all the last details with my other vendors-created timelines and when I was running late from hair to my parents house to begin pictures-they helped the photographers start detail pictures poured my bridesmaids mimosas as we started pictures. And at the end of the night packed up our stuff from the reception. Which is the last thing you want to that night. Kesh events is amazing and I have been highly recommending them to my friends who are getting married next year! Thank you for helping our big day go as smoothly as possible!

She was present at my dress fittings and even did some of my bridal shopping for me that I didn't have time for including gifts for my bridesmaids. rried back on September 4th of this year (Labor day weekend) and the whole wedding went better than we could have imagined. During my initial wedding planner/designer search, I was looking for someone that had a similar stylistic vision to mine and Kesh hit it right on the nail. First of all, she does an excellent job of projecting a bride’s vision and her design schemes are spectacular. The decorations were beautiful and it was all thanks to the owner and main planner, Akeshi. She was always on top of everything and has A CLASS employees working with her which makes this whole process stress-free. For the most part, Akeshi took care of the decorations and design of our wedding venue/church and Brianne handled the itinerary for the day and communication to all vendors and guests. Brianne was a Godsend and was responsible for making sure everything went according to plan. On your wedding day, you should not have the slightest worry about anything, and that was the case for us thanks to Brianne’s professional and outstanding commitment on making sure that we had the perfect wedding. I can go on and on about how amazing Kesh events is but it will do it no justice, so just know this, by booking them you will not only have a stress-free wedding but also the most beautiful wedding of your dreams and we all know that’s every girl’s dream!

A couple of months after I got engaged, I bought my dress from a fabulous boutique in downtown Chicago and little did i know, that encounter would completely transform the wedding planning process for me. They handed me a cute little business card for Kesh Events and told me to check it out. I actually forgot about it since I had already kind of made up my mind about hiring a wedding a planner. The night my husband and I started putting together a budget, I came across that business card while digging around in my purse. Something told me to call and set up a meeting just to check it out at the very least. This was by far the best wedding decision that I made! From organizing our wedding vendors, to designing and orchestrating the beautiful venue decor, everything was magnificent. Akeshi and her team were such a pleasure to work with. I am normally a very laid back person but as most people who have been through the wedding planning process know, stress likes to sneak in at the worst times. From rehearsals, to breakfasts, to organizing bridesmaids and groomsmen.. I really could go on and on! This is a great company, and I will hire them again if I'm planning another big event.

ur good friend's birthday party. Akeshi and her staff did the planning for the event. Fast forward 2 and half years later, my husband and I found ourselves planning for our dream wedding! Half way through the planning with our planner came the time to pick a lighting and decor vendor for the wedding. With numerous research done and countless lighting, flower and decor vendors that were presented, none of them fit our personality and taste we wanted. With our stress level amounting for not finding the right vendor while we were running out of time. One night my husband and I had a talk and thought maybe the reason we were frustrated and had not booked a lighting and decor vendor was because we didn't know exactly what we wanted. At that point the lightbulb went on and we decided to go through our old photos and see if we can find a theme decor that we liked. That night we came across a photo of the decor that Kesh did at our friend's birthday party and we quickly got excited and jumped on the phone to call our friend to get a hold of them. Our friend managed to arrange for us to meet Akeshi later on in the week at her office. During our first meeting with Akeshi, we were welcome with an exquisite professionalism! Before we started, Akeshi wanted to make sure we were relaxed and were in a celebratory mode like we should be! She did her research on us as well and knew what we liked. She had couple of our favorite treats available (Champagne and cup cakes) and as we begin talking to her, I realized how attentive, and poised she was on listening to our vision for the wedding. After we were done, my husband told her, well can you do all that we wanted within our budget? We all know every bride wants a luxurious wedding without the huge price tag. So, a day later, Akeshi was able to send us a quote of everything we wanted and without hesitation we decided to book her. Her price was very reasonable compared to most vendors we met. The reason we booked Akeshi out of the countless vendors we met, was her personality, her sense of attentiveness, her being able to listen to our vision, putting it into perspective and not shoving us her point of view like other vendors we met. Akeshi, not only went to the extra miles for us, she made sure we were not stress throughout the process. She was easy to work with when it came to contacting and email our planner and the venue representative. Couple days close to the wedding date, when she called me to finalized the decor, she realized I was stressed and quickly arranged for us to meet for dinner, which is something every bride needs when stressed, but from her bridesmaids! Akeshi didn't have to do that, but this goes on to tell you that she cares about her clients! She would do anything to make sure her clients are satisfy! On the wedding day, we knew Akeshi will deliver but was completely blown out of our mind when we had our first look at the reception space completed by Akeshi. My husband and I couldn't stop goshing on how beautiful and magical she made it! She nailed every inch and corner of the Waldorf Astoria Chicago's ballroom! In fact, even the staffs of the hotel were in awe on how magical and romantic she transformed the space! Kesh Events is worth every penny! WE DEFINITELY WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND KESH EVENT!

During the planning of the wedding, she constantly kept in contact with us with regards to vendor selection and also staying within our budget. She understood our vision for our wedding and was very instrumental in helping us to identify vendors that would appeal to us. From the cake to the photography, Akeshi handled everything for us so much so that on the day of our wedding, everything was flawless. In fact, our wedding day couldn't have been more angelic, thanks to the outstanding planning services of Akeshi. She was completely in charge, extremely organized, very, very detailed oriented and stellar planner to the letter. She made us feel like a bride and groom ought to feel on their special day, with no stress or worries, she took care of last minute changes and redresses without showing any signs of exhaustion! Our entire family and friends fell in love with her and couldn't stop singing praises. Even as the night wore on, Akeshi was right by our side to the very end to ensure that our special day ended just as it began, with a smile still on our faces. My wedding was at the Willis (formerly Sears) Tower in Chicago on the 99th floor, and everything was just breathtaking. My sweetheart table was a huge hit with my guests, everyone loved how she put it together. All in all, I would definitely recommend Akeshi to anyone planning a wedding, or any event that needs coordination and decoration for that matter, she really knows her stuff, and it is evident that she really cares about the people that she works with! She was really involved in making sure that my day looked amazing, my wedding would not have been the same without Kesh Events!

When I first met Kesh, we clicked, she understood my vision, and I felt like a bride. She was very helpful and understanding. She was amazing, her team was amazing, and I had no problem with Kesh Production at all. Best prices in Chicago when it came to décor, up lightening, monogram, and sweet table. When it came to other vendors or needing something she was very honest and true. She had many contacts and only work with vendors she knew will give me great services and also great price. Kesh became a friend and I truly love her. She was on time, her staff was amazing, the décor was exactly what we talked about, up lightening, sweet table, and ceremony was spot on. Her work style is very classy and fabulous; she wouldn't settle for anything less - so meticulous. She's helped out with venue viewings, freak out sessions, and a lot of vendor recommendations for a person who just moved into town. It's like having your wedding planning best friend :).
