ted. She even prepared Black Forest for us to try by special request. We ended up going with the black forest as well as the champagne cake. I received so many compliments on how tasty it was! People only complained that the pieces were cut too small. It looked exactly like the picture I sent her of the large fondant rosettes — not easy to do, and it was flawless. Other bakers were going to charge me extra for the special flavors and complex decorations, but Kess did not! I plan to go to her for all of my future cakes. I can’t say it enough — delicious and gorgeous!
