i was always so nice and invested in the vision that we had for our wedding day. Her, and her staff assisted us with anything that we needed, or desired. Everything we requested of the venue, they were able to fulfill and they did so, with such a positive attitude. It's been almost two months since our wedding, and we still have family members taking about how beautiful our day was, and we couldn't have had such a beautiful day without you guys at Kestrel! Thank you so much, and it was a pleasure working with you!

n the week to book because we knew it was perfect for us! We were engaged & married in 9 months and everyone was so helpful with our timeline. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what was going on during the day & had everything ready for us. They packed everything for us to pick up sometime within the following few days but there was never any rush to get out! The place is gorgeous so there’s no need to go crazy on decor! If we had to do it all again, we’d choose kestrel ridge over and over!!

AZING chandeliers! We fell in love when we went to tour the space in 2020 and ended up booking for our June 2022 wedding! Nickie was a pleasure to work with! She responds in such a timely manner, and was so helpful for us with anything we needed! I wish my other vendors could be like her😂! At our food tasting the FOOD was AMAZING!! Sometimes the food I’ve had at weddings can be not so great with such a large quantity, but the chef outdid himself!! Everyone was raving after about how amazing the food was!! I wish we could relive it all because we had the most perfect day! If you’re considering having your wedding at Kestrel Ridge, just do it!! You will not be disappointed!!! 1000/10 recommend!!

The space is beautiful, the outdoor ceremony space is everything that I had dreamed, and everyone was so polite. Our guests were complimenting the venue and how gorgeous it is, how friendly the staff is, and how GREAT the food was. requests. The waitstaff was so professional and kind. The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous without any decorations, once we had those up, it was perfect. Exceeded any expectations that we had. The food was amazing as well. We received so many compliments! 100% would recommend Kestrel to anyone having a wedding in the Madison area!

Emily helped with our wedding day and she made everything flow seamlessly. The grounds are beautiful and the food was great. We got so many compliments on the venue as a whole. ay, but she was also there to help coordinate the rehearsal dinner that we chose to hold at Kestrel Ridge, which I found very helpful. I was also very relieved that the Kestrel Ridge team did cleanup on our wedding night. It was so nice that we and our families could just enjoy the night without worrying about that coming at the end of the night! I highly recommend this venue!!!

ding. Rehearsal dinner and reception dinner were top notch. We will definitely be making Kestrel Ridge a regular on our regular dining rotation. This venue has had many updates recently and they are all just gorgeous.

trel Ridge had many open dates and that their prices were much more reasonable than the other places that we were looking at. The building doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is beautiful, its a vintage feel with beautiful chandeliers. Lori, the manager was very nice and easy to work with, she answered questions promptly and if she didn't know an answer she researched and got back to me quickly. There was quite a bit of rain in the days leading up to our wedding, but Lori was in communication with us and assured us on how everything would be handled. Due to the rain they had to set everything up on the day of the wedding, but the staff was very helpful and set up quickly; everything went perfectly and nobody knew that things we're set up as originally planned. Our wedding was roughly 175 people, the venue can accommodate 250 for dinner. I was surprised at how fast just a few people were able to serve dinner, and everyone told me how wonderful the meal was. We had a few people with food allergies and they were able to accommodate those with ease. I can not express how wonderful it was to work with this venue, they were very flexible and accommodating. Our wedding was perfect!

rowded. We were not as impressed with the willingness to answer questions from the staff that worked there but they worked with us even if it wasn't with all smiles on the front end, the service the evening of was wonderful.

ought this was great, considering the much higher prices in Madison. Lori, the manager, was so easy to work with and very accomadating for everything we needed. The venue is absolutely beautiful inside and we received many compliments about how beautiful our wedding was. If I had to do it all over again, I would pick Kestrel Ridge in a heart beat! The only downside is that it is outside of Madison, so a little farther for guests to travel and there is only one hotel option in town.

o work with, and the staff had a fantastic attitude. Our wedding guest's commented that the ranch stuffed chicken breast was some of the best wedding food they have ever tasted! Our only concern was how long it took to get the food out to our 200 guest's. When meeting I would find out how many wait staff will be on for your guest's!

us food--this place is fantastic! This venue was unavailable for us to use for our wedding reception, but we had our rehearsal dinner here and it was just lovely!

ld need to find a new reception hall. Kestral Ridge didn't return the security deposit for over a month. When we tried to deposit the check, the account was closed from which they had issued the check from. This is a brides worst nightmare. They never gave us any compensation, just many headaches.
