Great place to get your wedding band custom made or for purchasing an already made ring! I had a custom band I was hoping to make out of family gems and Natalia helped me to accomp...
lish my vision! She also assisted my husband is finding a great wedding band and made sure that it fit comfortably. They also do free ring cleanings whenever you go which is great perk! I felt for a custom band that my price was reasonable and I loved the fact that it was made in house and that they truly care about you and what you are looking for!
Amanda at Ketterman's Jewelers was top notch in her service. She always had a smile on her face and was very helpful in helping me and my bride pick out the perfect rings. But the...
service didn't stop there. She (and Ketterman's) also helped me with other jewelry needs. Bracelet charms, incorporating a diamond from another ring into my bride's new ring, cleaning my bride's rings (those bought at Ketterman's and others) before the wedding, resizing another family ring for my bride, surprising my bride the day before our wedding with a gift I had left at the store and the always friendly service!
Great local store with always helpful staff make this an easy recommend.
Ketterman's worked with my fiancé and created an absolutely beautiful sapphire engagement ring. They took all of the considerations that I told my fiancé and captured everything I ...
wanted and more in their design. The ring boxes they provide are also extremely nice, and we received a lovely thank you letter from them after our engagement when we really should be thanking them!!! Highly recommend!!!
Not a lot to choose from jb the way of engagement rings and seemed very cheap.
Ketterman’s is truly the best jeweler. My husband knew two things when he started looking at engagement rings for me 1) I wanted something that was rose gold 2) I wanted him to sho...
p at a local jeweler. Boy did he pick the right one!!! Ketterman’s helped my husband from day one as he embarked on the engagement ring search. Carol Lee was the salesperson who helped him finally settle on “the one”. The engagement ring was more than I ever could have imagined. Flawless diamonds, stunning rose gold setting… I was so in love with everything. So after the engagement we needed resizing, cleanings, minor fixes to the band - with everything Ketterman’s was above and beyond with their customer service. We’ve never had a bad experience. When it was time to look at wedding bands, Ketterman’s was so patient with us as we looked, went home to think, and came back to look some more - ultimately settling on the most perfect bands for us both. Whenever I am in the Leesburg area I always like to pop in quickly to get my ring cleaned and say hi to the ladies behind the counter, everyone is ALWAYS happy… always making me feel welcome. I honestly can’t say enough about Ketterman’s and the amazing experience my husband and I had there.
They were extremely helpful in designing our wedding bands. My husband wanted a band that was like his father's, and they were able to make an exact replica that looked amazing jus...
t based on a picture. My band was perfect as well and the value was great. We have had a great experience every time we've been in there and love the folks who work there. They are so nice and flexible and quick. We've gone in a few times for cleanings, resizings, etc, and they've never charged and have always been super helpful in suggesting what we need to do.
