Once I saw his portfolio, I knew right away that he was the perfect fit to capture our special moments. He produces stunning, timeless masterpieces and everyone we showed the pictures to were blown away. He is extremely knowledgeable about photography and has been in the business for a very long time so we knew we were in good hands. Him and his team were dedicated in getting the perfect shots no matter the circumstances and I'm so thankful that there were so many great captures. Me and my husband hired Kevin to do be our photographer at our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with his work. I didn’t really have any specific shots that I wanted taken so Kevin was great at directing us on where and how to stand and was very patient when messed up. He was very good at keeping our energy up and not dragging the posses on for too long, which is something I really appreciated. He also made sure to get a good variety of pictures and included all our wedding party. Every picture he sent us was so beautiful and high quality. I was also surprised at how quickly I received the pictures since a whole month hasn’t even gone by since my wedding. He I also very quick to respond which and had a pretty reasonable price compared to other photographers a got quotes from. Overall, I have zero complaints about his work and would recommend him for any event.

My dream wedding came true! Kevin and Jenny were incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Absolutely amazing. Kevin and his team were professional and accommodating. I booked Kevin for our wedding on November 2021 and so worry of the pandemic. Yet, Kevin was very helpful and care for his clients. I had 2 ceremonies at home, 1 church ceremony and 1 reception at the restaurant with the guest photo booked. It was a long day for all of us. However, Kevin and his team arrived on time at the early morning and stayed with us until the day end to help us capture every moment. My husband and I can't say thank you enough. We received all the pictures after 2 months and we love them all. This is my best decision ever to have Kevin as my photographer for our wedding. Kevin and his team did such an spectacular job shooting our wedding, they were on time, making sure we get every single "must have" shot; budgeted enough time for each big moment, was very adaptive to each scenario and when we were short on time; and making sure we shoot our romantics at the best hour of the day "Golden Hours". When we received all the edited photo back, we were blown away how beautiful and magical "every" single pictures turned out. Additionally, Kevin also created an amazing album for us. My wife and I decided on getting married at the very beautiful Wayfarers Chapel in Palos Verdes - we knew we couldn't skimp on a half decent photographer with such a picturesque place and Kevin Dinh definitely delivered! He and his assistant were with us at the Terranea Resort beforehand getting ready until after the ceremony where he took us to a few gorgeous photo locations in the surrounding area. He was very professional and easy to work with, making my wife and I feel very comfortable during the whole process. We found him on Instagram as we were looking for photographers with experience at the chapel specifically and his photos immediately stood out to us. So far we have received some of the preview photos and they look exquisite - we can't wait to see the rest! We HIGHLY recommend him and hope to work with him again in the future.

Definitely the best decision we made for our wedding!!! We just received our wedding album and we just couldn't help but remember all the great experiences we had with Kevin and his crew. The forest fires during the time of our engagement photos took away our initial destination to take our pictures. But WOW, his contingency plans turned out to be amazing. We had so many compliments and questions about the photo shoot. Compliments is one thing. However, when so many people are asking about the pictures, then you know you did something special. During our wedding, Kevin and his crew were patient with our busy schedule and adjusted easily to make sure they took great pictures of all the moments of that day. Their guidance and ideas helped us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. Kevin also took the time to help other vendors solve some issues due to the occasional winds we had in the hills. Because they knew to get the best pics, everything needs to be perfect. From the private photos shoot during the cocktail hour to the end of the reception, every picture he took was beautiful and told a story. Deciding on which photos to select to be placed in the wedding album, that they create for us, was a hard and long process. If we could, the album would easily have over 100 photos. But the end result was astonishing. The pictures and arrangements he created told a great story. The album itself is very well made. Very high quality materials that will make the album last a very long time. Even the box that it came with took me by surprise. Our wedding may have past, but this will not be the last time I ask Kevin to photograph important memories in our lives. Thank you Kevin for everything you have done.

I would give Kevin 10 starts if I could. Having Kevin as our wedding photographer was the best decision my husband and I made during our entire wedding planning process. Before the wedding, he spent time with us over the phone, not only to get to know us better, but also to give us some really helpful suggestions for the day of the wedding. I had requested specific shots I wanted him to capture during my wedding and the end result was beyond my highest expectations! On our wedding day, Kevin’s team was extremely efficient and accommodative. My husband and I were a little nervous at the beginning of the photoshoot, but Kevin and his teammates were so encouraging and patient. Kevin illustrated all the poses in a very simple way, and gave us very clear instructions when taking photos. Working with him for 10 mins, we already knew that we had found the best wedding photographer. If Kevin is still available for your wedding day, then wait no more since you really cannot find anyone better!

We narrowed our choices down to our top 3 photographers, and it was a very tough decision to pick 1 favorite for our day. We decided to meet all 3 photographers, and Kevin came out on top. He is exceptional in lighting and very knowledgeable in his work. Experience does come handy in tough situation. Our venue was a bit dark and moody, but our photos still come out amazing. We were blessed to have worked with Kevin through our engagement & wedding sessions. I came across Kevin's website while searching for "best wedding photographers in LA" on The Knot, and was immediately drawn to his work of art & beauty - it certainly gave me that WOW-factor I was looking for. My husband & I established trust in Kevin rather quickly given his years of experience and professionalism. Kevin has great sense of style, attention to detail, and gave us honest advice in what can help our photos stand out - i.e scheduling our session around the "golden hour" for best lighting, choices of clothing colors, and even offered to let my not-so-fashionable husband borrow his suit jacket for the shoot. During our engagement session, we ran into an unexpected issue where the park ranger kicked us out, but Kevin was quick to suggest an alternative location closeby that still gave us a fun & memorable session. As for our wedding, Kevin & his team were super efficient and mindful of schedule. Their attire gave the "men in black" impression, which gave such a professional appearance to our guests. After our ceremony, we had a small window of "golden hour" to capture shots of me & my husband, but there were some enthusiastic guests who insisted to take photos with us; but Kevin & team handled the situation professionally, and still directed us back on schedule. Our wedding gallery had 1250 photos, which made it extremely difficult to choose a select amount for the album, because we absolutely loved them all. He captured a great mix of candid shots, the traditional family portrait shots, and of course, those "WOW-factor effect" shots of us. With the engagement & wedding photo edits - Kevin was meticulous and perfected each photo to our satisfaction, not that there was much we needed him to edit to begin with, because the photos were already captured in great lighting, angles, etc. The wedding album was extremely elegant and beautiful (and heavy! ~10-15lbs) - glass cover, leather bind, and of course, high quality photos. We weren't able to drive out to pick up the album, so Kevin shipped our album which we received within 2 days. This piece of art brought such great flashbacks to our wedding day, with each moment coming back to life, and gave us all the feels again. It will be a treasure at our home forever. In retrospect, we wish we booked his videography service as well, but we decided on videography super last minute. With all that said, photography was apparently a category my husband & I cherished very much, and hence was willing to invest in. Kevin certainly delivered high quality work and made that investment very much worth it for us. Thank you Kevin!!

Kevin Dinh is a serious magician. My husband and I don't take many photos and super awkward when we do, so we were looking for a master photographer in hopes our wedding photos would come out decently presentable. Hands down, Kevin and his team exceeded all of our expectations and then some. Every single photo came out absolutely gorgeous! He knew all the perfect spots near our venue and worked with my coordinator to schedule some pretty sweet daylight and sunset shots. You can also order the album at a later time. During our wedding planning, we were hitting close to our wedding budget cap so we went with the basic package and squeezed in the photobooth. After we saw the digital photos we HAD to purchase the album! The album quality is extremely high and definitely worth the money. Kevin also puts extra detail in customizing the album design to your wedding theme which is a nice touch. I highly recommend Kevin if you're in the general LA area and need an amazing photographer! He gave us a package discount and we feel that it’s the best value. From the beginning to the end, the services and products received are impeccable. We had an amazing time doing the engagement session with Kevin and his assistant. The engagement photos and engagement album & canvas were stunning. I couldn’t stop bragging for weeks. Not to mention, the design graphics he did for our photobooth service was on point. He actually customized it to fit our wedding theme. When we were planning our wedding, our photographer was one of the highest priorities that we had decided to invest in. We even scheduled our wedding date, around his availability! After our wedding, we loved our beautiful album from Kevin so much that we also ordered ones for our parents as well! The quality of his books are so elevated and gorgeous that I don’t even want to put it out on our coffee table! THE BEST DECISION OF MY WEDDING PLANNING!!! A true artist with incredible work ethics and amazing skills. We are so glad that Kevin was available on our date. Planning a wedding is no joke, and it was already stressful enough without a wedding planner. But booking Kevin was a no brainer. Kevin embodies professionalism. I wanted a very simple wedding in a fancy setting that allowed a few people to enjoy a fairy tale-esque luxury for a day. But things were going wrong, as they do, and by the time Kevin was there I was the classic stressed out bride. Every crumb of credit goes to Kevin for keeping me together; he kept me moving and I was able to keep my smile on the entire time. You can actually see my stress progressively melt off in the photos. In the end I am so grateful that he was there, and his style of photos is exactly what I wanted. Win, win.

We had recently moved out to California and I didn't have any friends or family in the area to recommend a photographer, so I nervously decided to search on the Knot. After reading the reviews and looking at photos on Kevin's website, I knew he would be great. Kevin did our engagement photos and wedding photos. When we met for the engagement photos, Kevin took time to explain different poses to us and his idea or vision behind them. The way he works and interacts you can tell he not only loves what he's doing, but he has a great eye. He has a way of making you feel very comfortable while also confident about the pictures. Both photo sessions turned out perfect, even better than we could have imagined. Pretty much every single photo turned out amazing, I honestly don't think there was one bad picture. Kevin exceeded ALL expectations on our wedding day! We chose to work with him solely based on a number of outstanding photos he had taken that we had seen online, but otherwise we didn't really know what to expect. Kevin showed up on-time (i.e. early) with his assistant, and was THE most professional photographer I've ever seen: effortlessly directing us through 4 or 5 basic poses, ensuring that our photos came out great. Next level amazing addition to my wedding. Kevin and his crew took photos so gorgeous that I could cry, they are the perfect tokens of the best day of my life. Kevin is a very precise photographer, and he goes in knowing what he wants. His candids are solid as well, every photo is beautiful, but his targets are posed photos and he is extremely specific in how to compose them. Be prepared to follow instructions, and to spend some time adjusting your head angle and hand placement and what not. It might get a little tiring, but the results are 100% worth it. Seriously, Kevin knows what he's doing, and if you let him do his thing your photos will be beyond amazing.

Kevin and his crew were a joy to work with. Photography was one major part of our wedding that my wife and I wanted done right. After meeting Kevin for an interview and seeing his previous work, we knew we were in capable hands.  Our first session was for our engagement photos, Kevin expertly directed us and made us feel relaxed/natural. After searching endlessly for a wedding photographer we finally found what we were looking for in Kevin Din. His work stood out by a mile and we knew instantly that we had to hire him! From the moment we met for our gorgeous engagement shoot he made us feel relaxed and taught us everything we needed to know about standing for a faultless shot. We felt that Kevin really made the effort to get to know us and ensured that the photos of our wedding reflected our personalities which offered a really nice personal touch. There was nothing else that we needed to do from that point on. He took control of all the beautiful shots and created masterpieces. His techniques wasn’t just about taking as many photos as possible but he treats each click as an art piece; he’s photography style really proved that he needs to get the perfect shot with each stance. On the day of the wedding, his ability to come through without us breaking a sweat was incredible. His professionalism, punctuality and clear creativity was everything we needed on that day. Kevin and his team truly are amazing at what they do. My wedding photos turned out more beautiful than i could have ever imagined. It look me months to select a wedding photographer. I searched yelp, and all the wedding websites (the knot, wedding wire) but i actually stumbled on his work through instagram. All of his photos looked like they were out of a bridal magazine. As soon as i saw his work i stopped looking I knew i had found my photographer. I contacted him and put a deposit down right away (a year and a half before our wedding) because I know how quickly he books up. On my wedding day everything went wrong and I ended up running an hour late. Kevin still managed to get in all the shots I wanted even though we were in a huge time crunch. When i booked the church we had our ceremony in I had a special photo envisioned in my head of my husband and I in the back of the church with the colorful church organs in the background. Kevin nailed it when i saw the photo I just lit up I was so happy. Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life And it goes by so quickly. These are the photos you’ll be showing your kids and grandkids. Do not skimp on your photos! Kevin and his team will do a phenomenal job. His work speaks for itself. I can not recommend him enough.

We can't thank Kevin enough for making our engagement and wedding so memorable. I told my husband while planning that I wanted to make sure that the budget for our pictures took priority over everything else. Through the knot and other various wedding sites I found Kevin who's portfolio really drew us in. Kevin is such a great communicator, anytime I had a question he would readily reply. For our engagement shoot he suggested we go up to the mountains since it had just snowed and it made our pictures so unique, my husband and I never would have thought of that. Each shoot Kevin and his team were so professional, our guests even acknowledged how efficient and patient they were while taking group photos. So going back to the budget I mentioned earlier, for Kevin to have multiple separate shoots for us and having our pictures come out so magnificent we honestly thought we would've spent more (and probably would for his work) than what we actually paid him for. He's a great guy who does stupendous work and both my husband I would refer him to absolutely anyone.

Where do I even start with Kevin? I initially hired Kevin as my wedding photographer back in 2013 where he amazingly shot our engagement session which led to our wedding. He managed to make any background and shot amazing without even editing. Fast forward to 2017, I hired him to take photos for our new business venture and needless to say, they were stunning, amazing & elegant. You cannot go wrong with Kevin as even the most simplest shot displays his passion and love for photography. He is and will always be my go to photographer for any event. You cannot go wrong and any other photographer you are contemplating, let them go because I can personally assure you, he is top notch and one to watch for years to come! Of all the wedding expenses that my husband and I wanted to splurge on, we made sure that hiring a talented and experienced photographer is the top task on our to-do list. Kevin Dinh fits that description very well. Kevin is super friendly and patient with us during our engagement session and provided us clear directions on how he wanted us to pose to produce the most beautiful photographs. Our wedding was in September at a Japanese Garden in Long Beach and even when it started raining, Kevin still kept our wedding party's composure and gave us gorgeous photos! I received so many compliments from all our friends and family! His talents and vision combined with having a high quality camera gave us the most beautiful photos that my husband and I will always treasure for many years to come. The one thing that Kevin stands out from other wedding photographers is his use of colors; every photo is so vibrant, clear, and detailed. He can make anyone look like models! My wife and I are very picky when it comes to our wedding photographer. We literally interviewed at least 10 others before we settle with anh Kevin Dinh. We were blown away when he showed us his work and explained his photography style. Since it was a once in a life time experience, we opted for the diamond package which includes the engagement, wedding, with both albums, along with the canvas print, and digital files. You might be wondering, man this guy charges a lot, WHAT GIVES! Trust me; you get what you paid for. Not only is Kevin a professional at what he does, his work is exceptional, beyond words. He constantly follow up with us before our engagement shoot. Once our engagement shoot is here, he recommended a couple of places for it. On the day of the shoot, we actually went to 4 different locations and went over his 3 hrs per our contract (ours shoot was 6 hrs!). Yet he did not charge us extra. He rather spends more time and get the perfect shot, than shoot away 3 hrs and be done with it. On our wedding day, it was no exception. Kevin covered my wife's party, and his partner covered mine. Everything went perfectly. He was able to get unbelievable shots of our tea ceremony, garden ceremony, park, and our banquet. He also worked extremely well with our cinematographer. Between the 2 teams we had 8 people just for pictures and videos. We also hired him for our Thank you card photos and the guest were speechless as to the quality of the photos and the material it was printed on. Aside from his professionalism and creativity, he also has a generous heart. Let me explain... The canvas print was included in our package. Originally, it was sized as "24 x 36". But when we received the canvas, he upgraded to the bigger size free of charge! We hung it on our mantle in our living room for everyone to enjoy. After a month, while cleaning it with a lint free cloth, some of ink was smeared. I freaked out and call Kevin. Without hesitation, he took it back and ordered another one for me without charging for it! In his own words, "I want my customer to be completely satisfied with my workmanship and my products". I was taken back to his generosity as these canvases are expensive! When we got our wedding album, he actually upgraded our album to the new album material covered in his updated platinum package! Again free of charge for me, along with a lovely 2018 calendar with pictures from our wedding. My wife and I are very fortunate to have found him. If you are contemplating who to hired and have a budget in mind. Just give him a call. Yes it's pricier than others, but you get what you pay for. It's a once in a life time experience (at least for us); wouldn't you want to spend a little bit more and get the best, rather than settle for second best? We are looking forward to have Kevin take our family pictures as now we are a family of 3! Lastly, book him early! He is booked well in advance! My husband and I searched through all the highest rated photographers, and without any knowledge of each photographer's price, rated their work on merit, alone. My wife and I hired Kevin Dinh for our wedding in May of 2017. After a few introductory emails, we met Kevin at his residence. Kevin proceeded to tell us all about his photography work, and show us examples of his portfolio and other end products. During that initial consultation, we selected his Gold Collection as we especially liked the made in Italy album that he showed us. Next step was to do an engagement shoot. We had already done some engagement photos with a friend of ours for the save the date’s, however Kevin urged us to do the engagement shoot included in the Gold Collection as to practice shooting with him. Kevin recommended a lovely park in Malibu, and my wife and I immediately enjoyed our experience with Kevin. It’s fun watching Kevin work, looking for particular lighting and finding the perfect shot. Kevin also went over his time allotment with us to take us down to the beach to take some terrific photos during sunset. The engagement photos came out great! On the wedding day Kevin and his assistant arrived on time to meet my wife at the guest room on site. When I arrived, his associate came to my room to take shots with my groomsmen and I. Both were extremely professional, took all the shots we needed, and I even got help with my bowtie from Kevin’s associate. During the ceremony Kevin got all the right shots without being too close or distracting, which is excellent. After the ceremony, Kevin was patient as we tried to organize all of the scheduled family photos and made sure we got the right ones. Throughout the reception we were happy with all the photos we got, and at the very end Kevin and his team were readily available to take a bunch of photos with guests that wanted one with us. We received proofs while on our honeymoon, which were awesome to see. We got all the photos within his estimated timeframe, and we got all our beauty edits back within his stated timeframe. While piecing together the photo album, we revised our layout on 5 occasions and Kevin was extremely patient in accommodating all of our small requests. At the end, Kevin was more than happy to stay on the phone with me as we finalized a couple last edits to the album. All in all, my wife and I are thrilled we made the investment in Kevin. His work is terrific, we are thrilled with our photos, signing board, and can’t wait for our album. He’s also fun to work with! Thank you Kevin!

Shame on me for taking this long to write a review! Kevin Dinh and his team captured our Big Bear wedding last year, and he was INCREDIBLE. From the engagement shoot to the wedding day, Kevin always made us feel relaxed and confident. At first we were nervous about “posing” in front of a camera, but it turned out to be a lot of fun! It was an experience that brought my husband and I even closer together, and now we have the lovely photos to capture those emotions. Kevin was over-the-top thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process, and his portfolio speaks for itself – this artist has some serious talent. Our wedding album is stunning, and I really appreciated his patience with me while I took my time to select photos (I changed my mind a few times. Haha). Overall, Kevin is just a wonderful person. My husband and I were blessed to have Kevin and his team document our wedding this past July. Our whole experience with Kevin and his assistants were wonderful. They were so friendly and helpful, took many beautiful and effortless posed and candid shots, and were so flexible and prepared in dealing with the natural "hiccups" of our day. Our officiant went over the ceremony length by 30 minutes and pushed our entire timeline back, only leaving (I'm not kidding) merely 30 minutes for bridal party shots and bride and groom individual photos. Kevin and his team accepted this challenge with grace and delivered the most gorgeous wedding photos for us. Even though we were in a time crunch, our photos don't reflect it at all, and our family and friends gush at how lovely they are. We will cherish these photos forever! Thank you so much, Kevin.
