Aside from their quick email responses and ability to answer our many questions, the photo and video team were incredibly professional. They guided us through posing and seamlessly captured candid scenes of our silly antics that we didn't even know were happening until we saw the final photos. Kevin Koo Photography delivered our photos in just 3-4 weeks, well ahead of their 6-8 week timeline, and our video was ready within their promised timeframe as well. We would absolutely recommend this team to any of our friends planning a wedding.

After our first meeting with him in person, we were confident in Kevin's ability to match with our personality and he understood what we were looking for right away. He was both professional, relaxed, and easy to communicate with throughout the wedding planning process. A few months ahead of the wedding, I secretly worked with him to coordinate a surprise/prank first look for the groom with the help of our groomsman. Kevin has a great sense of humour and not only helped us pull off the prank without a hitch, but incorporated our humour and quirks into our bridal party photoshoots. I loved having our photos taken while we all played croquet together on the lawn! Once the wedding really started with the ceremony, Kevin disappeared into the background of the wedding and we hardly noticed his presence, which is really what we wanted. However, as evidenced by the photos he took, he got every single important photo and all of the natural ones inbetween. I am personally very camera shy with posed photos, and Kevin helped me relax but also made sure to direct me properly in ways that made the photos look beyond amazing. If Kevin is your guy, seriously listen to everything he asks you to do! The preview photos blew our expectations out of the water, and I am SO stoked to receive the full day's worth of his documentation of our wedding day. Kevin also provided us with a photobooth package, and his assistant operated the booth while he photographed the reception. His assistant made sure to obtain a copy of all the photos our guests took at their booth and put them into a guestbook for us to keep! She worked hard throughout the night and even decorated our book for us, with our wedding colours! The booth itself came with hilarious props to use, and the guests had a fantastic time with it. I cannot recommend hiring Kevin enough to photograph your wedding. He was fantastic on our wedding day and I hope he can help make you document your special days too.

ow like a Swimsuit Illustrated model. He is an expert in his craft as he knows the best lighting and angles that bring out the best in you. He made sure that the beach that we chose was the right shade of color and that when it got cold he made it convenient for me to still be comfortable enough to make the perfect poses. Kevin certainly captured the best version of me, and he is even a cooler person for his sweetness and professionalism. I would definitely work with him again!!

via email or text in the months leading up to the wedding. On the day of, Kevin was very professional and accommodated our thoughts and requests on the types of photos we had in mind. He was great at taking photos while not interrupting key moments or blocking the guests’ view of the events. We had a small wedding, so it was just Kevin, and he managed to photograph multiple aspects of the night that were simultaneously happening (dancing, socializing, the band, etc.). Our photos had a fast turnover time and were available 2 weeks after the wedding and delivered online. He and our other vendors worked well together and his photos will likely be used by our florist for advertising! We ended up with beautiful photos and were more than satisfied with our decision to book Kevin. Would definitely recommend!

oot with- really a plus for non-New Yorkers. We finished all our photo-shoot in one day, covering DUMBO, central park, time squares..etc. (very efficient!), and the result is stunning. Really like the vibrant color & detail touches on his works. On top of this, he is very responsive, easy to communicate with, and he charges reasonably. We feel very luck to find Kevin. Definitely recommend to other, especially those who plan to take "destination photo-shoot" in NYC.

umbo area and Planting field was not disappointing at all, it was pretty! Aside from the crazy cold weather! (Highly recommend going during Spring season) Kevin gives you ideas and shows you how to pose, just a fun guy who loves what he does! Highly recommend him!

We showed him some photo styles that we liked and he was able to take that input and produce beautiful photos! Kevin provided guidance on the best place to shoot, how to stand and pose which was very helpful for us since we weren't sure what to do. We loved how our photos turned out!

ny ceremonial traditions that our conservative parents wished to uphold on the wedding day; it's not something Kevin was familiar with at all, but he was so accommodating and very quick to learn! My parents are hard to please, but even they couldn't find anything to criticize about the pictures, and I was showered with compliments from all my guests! Kevin is probably the best investment a bride could make for her wedding day! Highly recommended!!!

otography style is classy, breathtaking, and distinctly his own, totally not surprised that he turns out to be an award-winning photographer (and at such a young age!) He's the first person I would recommend to all my my friends who are getting hitched. Him and his team worked closely with us, and are very professional and accommodating with our requests, esp since I'm not the easiest bride to work with! (or so my husband says) I have anxiety problems and the wedding planning was an incredibly stressful time for me, but the team's reliability and Kevin's experience and easygoing nature made it so much easier for us! Now a friend of ours, Kevin was worth every penny we spent <3
