It was when we received our photos that we realized the communication on our wedding day and leading up to our wedding day was lacking which resulted in photos that we were not excited about. Our wedding was a destination wedding and we had arranged to meet with our photographer three months prior to the wedding, we showed up at the studio and met with Mike and discussed our ideas, fully believing that he would be there on our wedding day. Fast forward to November and Kevin was there as we were walking down the aisle. We were very disappointed that there was not a good wedding party shot. When we received our proofs to choose from, they were very unorganized and difficult to look through. After e-mailing our concerns, they were difficult to communicate with and when they did offer a solution they provided additional photos that we hadn’t seen and that we liked better than the originals. We were very disappointed overall, especially knowing that we can never restage the wedding to get a good wedding party photo.
