Located within the iconic Ellie Caulkins Opera House, this historic Colorado wedding venue blends architectural beauty with full-service catering and expert event execution, creating celebrations that feel elevated and effortless.
Couples have the rare opportunity to host their wedding ceremony on the Opera House stage, creating an unforgettable and dramatic setting for their vows. Additional spaces include the Chambers Grant Salon, featuring a striking black ceiling with twinkling fiber optic lights, exposed stone walls, and refined finishes, as well as the Studio Loft, an 8,000 sq. ft. exposed-brick space with warm industrial character. The light-filled galleria can also be incorporated to create a seamless flow between ceremony and reception.
What sets Kevin Taylor’s apart is the all-in-one experience. As a full-service wedding venue, our team provides custom catering along with everything needed to bring your wedding together, including linens, china, flatware, and glassware. Service styles range from buffet to plated dinners to lively receptions with full bar service. Couples also have the option to work with an in-house wedding planner for additional support and guidance throughout the planning process.

Kevin Taylor's at the Opera House was perfect! From our first tour to the last sip of champagne, we couldn't be happier. Our wedding was in July 2019 and we started planning in Oct...
ober. We first met with Xavier to take a tour in October and that is when we fell in love. During the process Xavier was extremely helpful and every time I expressed a concern he would relieve any of the stress I felt. The day of the wedding was great as well. Our ceremony took place at a separate location and when we arrived for cocktail hour, things were already set up, and on schedule. Xavier and Trout greeted the wedding party at the door and Trout showed the wedding party to our bridal room to store our bags. My husband's foot was broken a couple of months before our wedding and he was having trouble walking at this point in the day. Rather than making him walk anymore Trout prepared a plate of appetizers for us to eat during cocktail hour. He then showed us to our room so we could be announced for the reception. During this time Trout and Xavier took every step they could to make sure we and our bridal party was happy and had enough food and drinks. Once dinner began Trout brought my husband and I dinner and advised he would be happy to bring us anything else. During the reception the bar staff kept our guests happy and I noticed people did not have to wait for drinks. Also during the reception one of the bartenders continued to make sure that not only myself but my husband, parents and sister always had water or a drink. The attention did not stop there. At the end of the evening, someone on the wait staff asked if we wanted the cake boxed up and he wrapped it up and put it in a bag for easy transportation. The food was delicious and I noticed several people go through the buffet more than once. To say that this evening was perfect wouldn't even sum up how happy we were. The care and attention we received was incredible. We couldn't have imagined a better day and evening. Xavier and his team really delivered and made our dreams come true. I would recommend Kevin Taylor's to everyone, it is a beautiful venue with an excellent staff.

d with other venues. They have expert bartenders that get drinks out quickly with perfection, food was amazing and SO easy to work with. We got more comments from guests about how the service and food were both the best they's ever had at any wedding and glowing remarks about how stunning the space is. Well worth every single dollar and then some. Cannot praise this venue enough for making our special day utterly remarkable and going above and beyond what we were expecting.

We ended up using the Ellie Caulkin's Opera stage and it was gorgeous and they set it up great! It was an incredible venue, but there were a lot of hoops to jump through in order to use the stage - which were well worth it in the end.
We also worked with them to create an amazing, custom all vegetarian menu and it was great both at the tasting and at the wedding!
Perfect place for our wedding!
