Key Hall at Proctors

From start to finish, the Mazzone's staff for Key Hall at Proctors went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Andrea Cole, our event coordinator was absolutely fantastic from day one. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made all of our decision making throughout the entire planning process an absolute breeze. The day of our wedding, the staff was attentive and handled anything that came up without needing to "bother" us with any issues, if there were even any! Kiersten, our bridal attendant was everything we could have asked for and more - she catered to our every need and made us want for nothing all night! Key Hall was my dream venue and the hall itself is an absolute beautiful place to get married!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The wedding planner and manager were amazing and flawlessly handled all the coordination. As the Bride, it was fantastic to not have to worry about anything! I couldn't imagine a more perfect wedding. We got married in May 2017 and months later our guests are still raving about the food!

Me and my husband knew we wanted to go with Key Hall at Proctors as soon as we met with Angelica Gross. We are both huge fans of Broadway and the fact that we were able to go into the Proctors Theater for photos was amazing. The whole team at Mozzone (who currently has the contract for Key Hall) were great. Angelica was our go to person up until the week of the wedding and then it switched to Amanda the banquet manager. Angelica always replied to our emails and questions promptly and was great and let us view the space when my mother came up from Buffalo. The food was amazing and I wish we would have had the time to eat it during the reception but being the bride and groom keeps you pretty busy so we were able to eat the left overs the next morning. We had an issue with our officiant and Amanda and Angelica both supported us when our officiant did not and we were very grateful for that. The only issue we had was that we had packs of m&ms made for us that we asked to be placed on each table setting but they were not but in all fairness they asked us to look over the room before they let our guests in and we didn't even notice they were missing from the tables. We were very happy with our wedding at Key Hall and believe we got a lot of bang for our buck!

I had my ceremony and reception at Key Hall on January 18th, 2014. They turned the entire place into a winter wonderland for me! It was absolutely perfect! The staff was so accommodating and the food was delicious! All of our guests were so impressed!
