The vendors included in our package were all top notch. Akalia (Linens and more) transformed the venue into a fairytale beach wedding, MBC entertainment crushed the music, All For One Creations did a beautiful job capturing the day and Healthy D’Lites slayed the cake and mini desserts. The star of the show though was Ali (our wedding planner). She was phenomenal! She was so knowledgeable, patient and organized. She made sure everything was perfect and ran smoothly. She was such a joy to work with. If you are wondering about the food, it was absolutely delicious. We did the churasco beef chimichurri with rice and beans, chicken piccata with pasta and the lemon corvina fish with mashed potatoes and veggie, all 3 were so good. Our signature cocktails were amazing and the bar staff was on point. The tiki bar was so fun too and became the gathering spot for all the weekend events. All our guests kept raving about the venue and saying it was the best wedding they had ever been too! The best part, we had the place all weekend and hosted our welcome party and send off beach party there as well! All 3 events were perfect. Everyone had the best time. She was running around making everything perfect, keeping us on time, making sure we were fed and our drinks were full. On the day of, I was completely hands off and she worked her magic to make the day even better than I imagined! Kylie was our planner and helped sooo much along the way, she answered every question I could possible have, and responded quickly to everything. The rest of the staff was so kind and attentive to all of our needs and so considerate of our guests! When it rained and dinner service was delayed (not their fault! can't control the weather), they brought out pizza for a late night snack for us for free. Weddings in general are expensive, but KLLH was definitely worth every penny and more. KLLH also allows for ways to cut expenses like bringing outside decor, having an option to bring your own alcohol for the bar, choosing your own florist and baker. They do have options to help you choose or you can do your own research. Otherwise, they are totally all inclusive. Catering on site is so unique and makes the planning experience so easy! Don't be fooled by the pictures, the property is HUGE! I was apprehensive before the tour that everything was going to be small and cramped, but once you see it in person, it's a million times better! the rooms were gigantic and spacious (the pictures online seriously do not do the property justice of how beautiful everything is). The only advice I have for couples is to bring extra towels, because people will end up in the pool by the end of the night and it makes the experience unforgettable!

The food was phenomenal, we upgraded to the stations menu and had the most amazing and delicious food one could imagine which also catered to the various food restrictions of our guests. The team that they have is amazing, caring and there to support you throughout the entire process. Our wedding planner, Ali, helped to make all the arrangements, helped with the other vendors and made our day perfect. She is really on top of absolutely everything, which is perfect when you are trying to plan a wedding remotely. She was also patient with me, and worked seamlessly with any last minute changes that I may have made. Overall, the experience was amazing. I cannot recommend this venue and the team enough. From the start, everything was exactly what we had imagined: the on-site houses for our immediate family and friends, the beautifully maintained grounds, breathtaking sunsets, and even the pool — all of it created the perfect backdrop for our dream wedding. The night before, we hosted a casual Luau/Rehearsal Party with an on-site catered taco bar. The food was delicious, and the relaxed vibe was just what we wanted. During the weekend we met the owner, Dave, and his son David, who worked tirelessly in so many roles to make sure the property was in perfect shape throughout our stay. Vendors & Team Wedding Planner – Ali, with Day-Of Assistant Lauren Ali was simply outstanding. She guided us through the entire process with monthly meetings, making long-distance planning stress-free and seamless. On the wedding day, she and Lauren executed everything flawlessly. Ali truly deserves recognition as one of the best coordinators in the business. Decorator – Akalia & Team (Linens and More) Akalia and her team were incredible. She created the exact boho look and vibe we envisioned, transforming the space into something magical. Photography & Videography – Yolanda Photography Yolanda and her team were fantastic to work with — efficient, professional, and attentive to every shot we wanted. They allowed us plenty of time to enjoy the party while still capturing everything. We don’t have the final photos yet, but based on her portfolio, we know they’ll be amazing. Ceremony & Cocktail Hour Music – Bob Lyons (Steel Drums & Ukulele) Bob was such a pleasure to have. He played ukulele during our ceremony and steel drums for cocktail hour, setting the perfect tropical tone. Our guests loved him, and he brought the atmosphere we had always hoped for. Reception Entertainment – MBC Entertainment Inc. (DJ Mike) DJ Mike was phenomenal. He kept the energy high all night, knew exactly when to switch up the music to keep the dance floor full, and even led some of the line dances himself. His personality and skill truly made the reception unforgettable. Photo Booth – The Good Time Roll The vintage VW bus photo booth was a showstopper and an absolute hit with our guests. With all the fun props and the nostalgic setup, it added an extra layer of fun that kept people smiling and laughing all night. Final Thoughts Choosing Key Largo Lighthouse’s preferred vendors was one of the best decisions we made. They work seamlessly together, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free. If you’re dreaming of a destination wedding that combines beauty, professionalism, and unforgettable memories, we can’t recommend Key Largo Lighthouse – Coral Beach enough.

nd continually made sure I was happy with the whole planning process! Nearly 6 months later, we are still complimented on how wonderful our wedding was. I would recommend to anyone! We were nervous the venue would be tight as we were squeezing the max of 150 people, but Coral beach had plenty of room to spare. The only con (if | hac to pick one) is that the interior of the house felt a bit outdated for photos, for my taste at least.

All the vendors exceeded my expectations. And the venue location and setup speaks for itself to how pretty it is. Although we only had a FaceTime tour and had never set foot on the property until the weekend of the wedding, we were absolutely blown away when we arrived. The property features two gorgeous houses, a pool, and a beautiful beach. We arrived on Friday and didn’t leave until Monday morning—honestly, we didn’t need to! The entire venue was beyond breathtaking. The all-inclusive package was such a relief, especially with the top-notch vendors included. These professionals have worked together for years, and their seamless coordination made everything feel effortless. A wedding planner is a must! Ali was a lifesaver from the very first phone call. She kept me on track with text reminders and made sure everything was perfect on the big day. Her communication was outstanding—she even sent pictures of every detail. It’s clear that Ali knows her stuff, and every one of my vendors was thrilled to work with her again. She was always steps ahead, even showing up with clear umbrellas when a sudden rain shower popped up! Now, for the amazing vendors: LJ’s Catering – Umphrey & Lisa: The food was out of this world! We can’t stop thinking about the steak and chimichurri sauce. Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was. Umphrey and Lisa were so easy to work with and did a great job accommodating different dietary needs, including vegetarian options. DJ – Michael Collins (aka Jack of All Trades): Michael was an absolute lifesaver. He not only kept the music flowing, but he also helped Fern, our photographer, with shots, fixed my dress when the bustle wasn’t working, gave my mom a quick back massage, and even got down on the dance floor! He made us feel like family, and the energy he brought was unforgettable. Photography – Fern with All For One Creations: Fern is a gem! She’s got such a kind soul and captured the most beautiful, flattering photos. She was full of creative ideas but always open to any poses we suggested. We received our sneak peek incredibly quickly, and there were more photos than I ever expected! Linens & Flowers – Akalia Martin: The all-inclusive package covered the basics, but we decided to upgrade for some extra flair. Akalia worked with my budget to bring my vision to life, and the flowers and sweetheart table were absolutely beautiful. The added touches made everything even more stunning. Steel Drum – Bob Lyons: We hired Bob Lyons for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and he was perfect! His music set the tone for the entire event. He was such a joy to work with, and his performance was exactly what we hoped for—so lively and fun! Lashes & Curls – Kylie and Amy: Despite the 9 a.m. start time and a few girls not being quite ready, Kylie and Amy handled everything smoothly. My makeup stayed flawless even after I took a dip in the pool! Everyone’s hair and makeup turned out gorgeous, and we were all so happy with the results. Overall, our wedding at Hidden Beach was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue, the vendors, and the flawless coordination made it a weekend we’ll cherish forever

location for all of your events. We live out of state, so the all-inclusive option made planning our destination wedding so much easier then we anticipated. We were able to choose from all of their preferred vendors which were high quality and very professional. I highly recommend adding on the wedding planner option. Our planner, Ali, made the process of planning a destination wedding easy and seamless. We were always in communication with her and the event manager via phone and email. We had scheduled phone meetings for each step of the planning process and she made sure every detail was covered. We also loved that we were able to accomadate up to 24 guests (family members) within the two houses on the property. There was tons of space with plenty of beds and the kids utilized the pool all weekend. We were able to host a beach party and luau, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception, and a Sunday brunch all in the the same place without the added expense of another venue. Guests had plenty of parking and the use of very nice bathrooms attached outside of the main house. Lastly, we were very well taken care of and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask! Thank you Key Largo Lighthouse!!

Dessert (5/5): Keys Chocolate Factory Pies were a hit! Photobooth (5/5): Outrageous Prod. were great! Décor (5/5): Linens & More perfectly executed our vision! Bartending (1/5). We selected the Expert Couple Bar Package, costing $1224. This included mixers & bartenders. We were responsible for the alcohol. We were assigned Charles McGraw, whose email said: “I Do Bar.” However, there is no trace of “I Do Bar” on any review sites. To prep, we surveyed our guests to offer a variety of drinks, including a signature margarita, various wines & liquor, & a virgin piña colada mix. The groom, a former bartender, calculated the alcohol purchase based on standard pours & multiple returns to the bar for 70 people, even comparing amounts with suggested quantities provided by Charles. On the wedding day, only 57 drinking guests were present. Ben & Charles were the bartenders. At 5pm, the start of cocktail/photo hour, Chandler brought us margaritas that tasted overwhelmingly of tequila. By 5:45, we were told we were running out of tequila. Shocked & panicked, but still in the middle of photos, we stated that the bartender could order more alcohol. After photos, while my dress was being bustled, guests reported that they asked the bartenders about specific alcohol that they knew we purchased and were told that the alcohol was not available because it was “in the back.” The groom checked the bar & found several unopened bottles of liquor and wine in the coolers directly behind the bartenders! This must be the definition of “in the back.” Later, during dinner, we noticed Ben bringing a tray of cocktails to a table of heavy drinkers. We later learned that guests left tips in a jar at the bar that we were unaware of, despite our already prepaid gratuities. We never saw him bring a tray of cocktails to any other table. It became clear the bartenders were over-pouring for bigger tips. Then, we learned the bartenders placed a $456 liquor order with the local liquor store! Despite us still having plenty of unopened alcohol at the bar. The groom complained to Chandler, who stepped in, canceled $356 of it, and managed the situation. By night’s end, we still had several unopened bottles of alcohol that we had originally purchased, but yet the piña colada mix mysteriously disappeared. Charles never responded to our inquiry about that. Despite pre-paid gratuities, they over-poured drinks to solicit extra tips, barely used any mixers for flavor, lied to guests about liquor availability, & falsely claimed we were running out of alcohol—all to push an unnecessary liquor order for a likely kickback. We regret this experience and urge future couples to monitor their bartenders. KLLH is an amazing venue. Our wedding was otherwise extremely magical, and our guests had a wonderful time, but I Do Bar by Charles McGraw was a major disappointment.

. We did not have the opportunity to go down and taste all the food options, so we went into it blindly. We got many compliments on how great all of our food was the entire weekend! Debbie was our coordinator & I couldn’t recommend her enough! They have everything down to a science, even things that you wouldn’t think of doing the day of. For example, raking all the sand for all the guest, so it is comfortable and beautiful. The venue & landscape sells itself. If we could do it again we totally would. Highly recommend this venue & team!

We were able to have the majority of our (50) guests stay right on location. We loved that we got the location for a full day after the wedding and could spend the day relaxing with guests who were able to also stay. We loved that they had recommended vendors, as we were traveling from out of town and were not familiar with the vendor options in Key Largo. We also loved that we were able to have the rehearsal/welcome party the evening before at the venue, as it really reduced the stress of trying to find somewhere else to have the night-before activities. We worked with Lynda (event manager) and Debbie (wedding planner/day-of coordinator) primarily for our wedding. They are not only very professional and timely, but it was also easy to tell that they are very good people. Debbie is incredible at taking away any stresses before and during the wedding and letting you really just enjoy the day. My wife and I both said we wished we could’ve spent more time hanging out with her! We even had the chance to meet Dave (property owner) and Adam and they were incredibly kind and professional. KLLH has a special group of people working at the venue. As far as vendors go, we worked with Yolanda Hill Photography, Falcon HD Videography, Key Largo Chocolates, Linens and more, and LJ’s Catering. We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with the vendors and wouldn’t think twice about recommending them to others. We also had a great experience with Charlie and Ben, the bartenders. They were very helpful with respect to how much alcohol to purchase for the wedding and Ben was a great bartender during the reception. Overall, we had a dream experience at KLLH and would recommend it for anyone looking for a beach wedding without hesitation. Thank you to everyone who made our experience as special as it was!

doesn’t feel like just a venue, it feels like a home that you get to stay at for the whole weekend, and the staff create absolute magic for you. Every single detail from the florals, to the DJ, our wedding planner, table settings, decor, staff, food, etc, were so caring, professional, and they truly wanted you to have a great time, & we did. The staff, and especially Ali, our wedding planner that you can add on to your plan with Key Largo Light House, went above and beyond multiple times to make sure that our day was everything I’ve ever wanted and more. I can’t exaggerate how absolutely breathtaking the property is and how magical our wedding weekend was. I HIGHLY recommend this place for a destination wedding if you are wanting one, they make things so easy to plan and by the time you arrive at the property, you feel like you’re in a romantic comedy movie until the second you leave. The best part was watching everything being set up for you the morning of the wedding and really only having to worry about having fun. From Indiana, it was a hike to get down there and it was SO WORTH IT! Book KLLH!!!!!

The location could not get any better, and the privacy is really what separates them from other venues we checked out in the Keys. We were able to plan a 3 day wedding weekend exactly how we wanted, and all of our friends and family all had the best time! it really was a picture perfect weekend, and I would recommend this venue without any hesitation!

the first video tour of the property we were sold on how beautiful the location was and how private it would be for a beach wedding. We chose Hidden Beach and also did an in person tour. Ali was our planner and honestly she was so amazing. She made sure we were on top of everything as the wedding date got closer. The vendors we chose that have worked with Key Largo Lighthouse all had great things to say about the property, especially about Ali. They were all fun to work with. On the day of, all I had to think about was getting ready and being present on my wedding day. One of my fears for having an outdoor wedding was that we would get rained on. We did have a little bit of rain but it honestly did not affect our wedding in any negative way. It started when we were eating under the tent and I remember the owner asking us if we would like them to put a ‘wall’ on one of the sides the wind was blowing the rain in. We definitely said yes and they were immediately on it so it was like it never happened. Once we stepped out and were done eating, the rain had already left. By the end of the night, we were all jumping into the pool. It’s been one month since the wedding and we look back with no regrets. Our friends have told us they have never been to a beach wedding like ours which makes us even happier to know everyone had an amazing (memorable) time. We stayed on the property for 3 nights with our family and they loved every second of it.

ected to have our ceremony at sunrise. Everything went very smooth. I did most of the decorations myself which was also made easier with the assistance of our wonderful coordinator Debbie. She had great insight (listen to her she is an expert and knows her property) and kept everything running smooth which is saying a lot with 3 kiddos under five and 3 dogs in our ceremony, she is unflappable!! Lynda (property manager) was nice, helpful and very responsive to our questions. The houses are wonderful and very comfortable for us and our guests. It was nice to stay on the property with our wedding party (especially for a 6am wedding with kiddos.) My only issue with this entire experience was the venue only allows one decor/rental vendor to work on their property, open it up to others competition is good for business... When I did have an issue with the decor/rental vendor Debbie stepped in and ran interference so make sure everything ran smoothly (which at the end of the day it all did). I want to thank everyone Including the owner who was also on property during our festivities for a wonderful, memorable experience.

Our wedding went so smoothly, and we received so many compliments from guests all week. My only suggestion is to get a couple dressers with drawers for the bridal suite rooms, so people may unpack all of their clothes. We just stored ur clothes in the bathroom drawers. Also, a few more hooks in that same area would be nice so we could hang all the dresses up together high off the ground. I highly recommend this venue to everyone!

AST. The houses were clean, full of beachy decor, spacious, & comfortable to make our home for a little bit. We loved having the property be private. We kicked back in the pool, swam in the ocean (we do wish there was more of a beach there), saw a manatee & some jelly fish, & had the most beautiful day for the wedding ceremony. Publix & Walgreens were so close if you needed extra groceries/supplies. The vendors were excellent, very responsive, professional, timely, & gave us the best service (Conch House, Chef Gina, Outrageous Production, Lashes & Curls). Our coordinator, Danielle, was INCREDIBLE! She helped set up lots of extra decor we brought, & she made sure everything was on time. Lynda was great to talk to & answer any questions, too. Definitely will need to come back one day! We loved & highly recommend Key Largo Lighthouse!

I felt like I was planning my wedding with the help of my friend. She had wonderful ideas and even solutions how to save some money here and there without taking away things we loved. She made the planning process a breeze and was my go to girl the day of the wedding -- everything ran so smoothly because of her! Our vendors were absolutely fabulous. We had Italian Food Company delivered for the rehearsal dinner. They came up with a fantastic menu of pastas, pizzas and charcuterie boards to make our Italian themed night a success. Gina the Pastry Mermaid knocked it out the park with the delicious desserts and cake -- my mouth is still watering thinking of them! Our DJ, Michael with MBC entertainment was not only a great DJ but a hilarious emcee. He even brought us our plates when we sat down to eat! Bob the Steeldrummer is a MUST! Dade County Food Group catered and everyone commented on how DELICIOUS it was. They were also fantastic to work with. Good Times Roll photo booth was so fun -- a cute volkswagon van converted into a photo booth. It was a hit! Akalia our florist made the most breathtaking bouquets -- my guests are still talking about how stunning the florals were!! And last but not least, Elaine Hampson my makeup/hair artist made me feel the most beautiful I have ever felt. Our wedding day was truly a dream. It was two weeks ago and I keep having to pinch myself when I look at photos because I cannot believe that was OUR wedding! I spent months looking at the instagram photos/videos wondering if our wedding would be as beautiful as the pictures -- and it ended up being more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. If you are reading the reviews (just like I did) and wondering if this is where you should get married -- consider this your sign to GO FOR IT! I promise you will not regret it!!!
