Key Transportation Service was very helpful leading up to the wedding. They were easy to talk to and it was very straightforward with booking. However, come the wedding day, one of our vehicles was late!! We had a SUV (bride/FOB) and 13 Passenger Bus (bridal party). The bus was supposed to arrive at 1:45 to get us to the church for the 2:30 ceremony. The bus arrived for pick up past 2:00. The bridal party arrived on time, but it caused for a highly stressful situation! The driver told us that he was waiting the whole time, but he was no where to be found! After this incident, they transported us from church back to the venue with no hiccups. Besides the tardiness, everything else was fine.

Key Transportation was wonderful. Our sprinters were always on time and their dispatch and driving staff treated us very well. I would recommend them for handling transportation for your next wedding or big event!

Key Transportation was great and very easy to work with for our wedding. They were responsive and professional. They took the time to understand our vision for the logistics and helped us build out a timeline with multiple busses and stops. Last minute we had fewer guests than anticipated and we needed to reduce the number of busses. They were able to accommodate and refund us. Would recommend Key Transportation!

Great company to work with! Super easy to schedule and fast communication throughout the whole process! Reasonable pricing too! The shuttles for our wedding arrived on time and were super accommodating even with some guests who were late!

I am a luxury wedding and events planner, that runs a highly rated venue in Miami. When booking any transportation or vendor, we always ask... "is it at the same level of service we provide? and... Is it luxury enough for our clientele?"... every time, Key Transportation is without a doubt... a resounding YES. As a wedding planner, I always want to make sure I find the best of the best to work with. Key Transportation is not only easy to work with but always comes through for ALL of my clients. I do not use any other service. Mauricio, is always ready to answer any of my questions and gets back to me so quickly. This company gave awesome service for my sisters wedding. The vehicles were immaculate and the Drivers were so friendly and helpful. Who would have thought having large vehicles for a wedding movement would go so smooth? Excellent service!!

Avoid using this company at all cost. Everything that I had planned with the lovely owner for the year leading up to the wedding went awfully wrong by his staff. 40 mins late, one shuttle a total no show, broken down limo for me the bride... yea things like that. Just avoid at all cost.
