planning a destination wedding, I sent my cake topper directly to them, and they made sure everything came together perfectly. It was such a huge help to not have to worry about a thing. The cake itself was absolutely delicious. I’m so thankful for their professionalism and for making sure everything went smoothly on our big day. akes provided helpful recommendations of what flavors paired well together, but also encouraged us to personalize based on our preferences. Our final selection was red velvet with layers of raspberry and cream cheese and buttercream frosting, and it was divine! Key West Cakes worked with our florist (Duarte Floral Design) to create a floral cake topper, so our cake looked as good as it tasted! We highly recommend Key West Cakes and can't wait to come back.

ents on our two cakes for our wedding, one cake was our traditional wedding cake and the second cake was the grooms cake key lime style. Both were gorgeous and delicious. They worked with out florist to use the flowers on the cake as well and delivered the cakes to the Hemingway Home where our reception was. No issues. Everything was seamless. Definitely recommend. Plus they were able to accommodate our shrinking wedding due to covid and change the cake tiers last minute. Prices were very reasonable.

id he didn’t want to make it! Wth??? As far as I know he should be nice to us, CUSTOMERS, and not the opposite. You have the choice to not make it but don’t be a complete jerk! In the end, we found a way better place, half the price and way more flavors to choose! Don’t be fooled by these wedding websites, there are places not necessarily specialized but making great wedding cakes. These Key West bakers think they’re hot stuff for no reason.

n't heard back for literally two weeks, so I called just now and I was told that "the 6 inch cake was too much for them to handle right now" even though they told me they could make this two weeks ago, and that "I should probably look for some one else to make my cake". I would love to have two weeks of my time back so I can find some one else... absolutely terrible customer service. If you are looking for some one reliable that won't fall through, good luck and try elsewhere. Read the reviews, because there's a lot (not just on Google) that are EXACTLY like this... I wish I would have seen them all sooner, and they've done it to past customers as well... completely tactless and don't care about their reputation, just what their doing at the present moment. I'm disgusted that they do this to people so often.

They were able to provide recommended cake topper sizes as well as type/size of ribbon so our cake would look perfect. We provided the cake topper and the ribbon for the cake; they provided the magic. :) We would suggest asking advice on how to cut a slice of cake around the ribbon prior to the reception; although, our naivety made for a great memory. We did not get a groom's cake. It was all beautiful, on time, and delicious!! We plan to stop in for cupcakes any time we are visiting Key West. I stopped in twice before the wedding. Both times were so much fun. The staff is typical Key West - kind, friendly, helpful, and professional.

Cake was delivered on time and as ordered, and ordering was super easy and stress free! Highly recommend.

I'm a profession event planner, so my expectations are very high and they met every one of them. I only wish they had a location in Chicago, so that I could stop by weekly and enjoy a cupcake!
