Thankfully, I gave up real quick and after searching previous weddings at my venue and looking up several day of coordinators I found Ashley and knew she was the one I wanted to work with. From the moment I booked with Ashley she was responsive and helpful. Then 8 weeks out the fun started, we had several meetings where she was very organized and had an agenda for each which was perfect for me and my very organized husband. She took the time to understand what we were looking for in helped guide us in the right direction, and though of things we never thought about prior like how do we get guests champagne for a champagne toast. On the day of I literally had nothing to worry about, everything was taken care of and set up, and she and her assistant (who was also wonderful) always made sure I had everything I needed and always had a drink in hand. My husband and I have talked many times about how we dont know what we would have done without Ashley and we are so thankful we found her and booked her and would recommend her 100% over.

And there she appeared on my feed! Fate had answered my prayers! I hired Ashley as my day of coordinator but when I tell you she is way more than that it’s an understatement! I was so exhausted from trying to plan around COVID with venues and vendors cancelling, and she always had answers and solutions to any issues that arose! She was so responsive to every question I had, and my wedding ultimately went flawlessly due to her coordination skills!
