r plan and knew exactly who to talk to from the venue to make any adjustments. She is so friendly and nice to talk to that I honestly miss our video calls. She went out of her way and above and beyond to accommodate any changes we had the day of and made sure us (the bride and groom) were very well taken care of the day of. Keyla’s attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Everything went super smooth and on time the day of our wedding and she helped me bustle up my dress and made sure I had a safe ride home at the end of the night. She encouraged us to ask any questions or feel comfortable with any requests we might have and was super accomodating. I definitely recommend booking with her if you need a wedding coordinator. She will ensure you have the best day of your life and take a weight off your shoulders!

did not want to know. While that was a huge ask considering my husband and I were planning a 200-person, multi-cultural wedding, Keyla and her team delivered. Our wedding was P-E-R-F-E-C-T. We could not have asked for a more beautiful day, and it was largely due to Keyla’s professionalism, flexibility, organization, and attention to detail. Though we only had the budget to hire Keyla as our Day-of-Coordinator, she still ensured we had the tools we needed to plan our big day. What we appreciated most about working with Keyla was her kindness, honesty, and transparency especially when it came to cost and expectations. She listened to what we wanted, was mindful of our budget, and helped us keep sight of our initial vision. My husband and I will forever be grateful for the beautiful memories Keyla and her team created for us and our guests. We highly recommend working with Keyla as a planner and/or Day-of-Coordinator.

the venue, Keyla and her team made sure all the vendors arrived on time and everything was set up. I can't name anything that went wrong.
Keyla also went above and beyond before the wedding, helping me with the timeline, organize day of details, meeting with me multiple times, and answering my questions. She also researched/got quotes on rentals for me and recommended great vendors, which I ended up using. She is communicative and organized.

cute it all perfectly! She walked us through all the steps we needed, and was on top of everything to ensure we would have all that we needed for our special day. She was not only creative, but super flexible in thinking out of the box to help us achieve our vision. She gave us ideas that we would have never thought of, like having after party pizza delivered, and guests have been raving about the pizza days after the wedding! She asked the important questions, made sure we were on the same page, and was always up front and honest with us, as well as making sure we were well taken care of on our day. Any issues that came up, Keyla was on top of to put out the fires. On the day of the wedding, she and her team worked with us and everyone involved and ensured that everything went smoothly. As per weddings, hiccups do happen, but Keyla handled it all like a champ and made sure we could enjoy our day. She is so fun to talk to and so personal with her services in whom she caters to and helped us so much in envisioning how we imagined our wedding to be. My wife and I would highly recommend her and her team for any future couples when looking for a wedding planner.

Never once did I feel stressed throughout this wedding planning process; at times I found myself asking is this normal? Is it okay to not be stressed? Should I be doing more? Keyla literally took our vision and made it into reality. She is extremely detail oriented and organized; she always had an answer to a question and vendor to recommend. All our planning calls ended with laughter and us looking forward to the next call. She took care of everything; all I worried about was making my DIY table signs lol! Throughout the whole process, Keyla asked thoughtful questions to help us plan. She was honest and direct if her expertise told her something might not work as we expected, and always found a way to make what we wanted possible! She stayed calm and centered amid a few hiccups that came up day of, to the point that my partner and I had no idea any hiccups had occurred! And our family & friends were very impressed with the level of detail and finesse with which everything was done. Keyla is also bilingual in English & Spanish, which made it really easy for all of us to communicate in Spanglish amidst our guests and vendors.
