About this vendor
Keynote Event Planning offers premium wedding planning services in Bartlett, IL, and across Chicagoland. Owner Kristen Georgis joined the industry after assisting family and friends with their celebrations.
When Kristen's son was born, she established Keynote Event Planning to continue what she loves to do while still getting to spend time with her child. Kristen has experience with day-of-coordination, full-service coordination, and vendor referrals. From the second a call is set up, she will bring her A-game. Kristen will provide a quote after reviewing your ideas, details, and expectations. Once everything is set in stone, she will channel her 12 years of experience and love for love to make your day truly unforgettable.
In addition, Keynote Event Planning services are affordable, but that does not mean that Kristen compromises on quality for one second. So why not reach out and hand her the reins? She will make it worth your while.

en for keeping me calm and taking the stress off my shoulders💕
Kristen did an amazing job with day of coordination for our wedding.
We had a wedding in our backyard, and since my parents where not involved it was amazing to have her there so...
that we could enjoy our night while she took care of everything. The evening truly went by with no issues.
In addition to making sure the event went smoothly she took care of me which was not expected. After the ceremony she brought be a glass of water before pictures, and while my dress was being bustled she brought be a plate of appetizers so I could eat something.
I am so glad my husband convinced me to hire a coordinator, and we chose Kristen.
Would highly recommend hiring her so your event can go smoothly and you can enjoy the night without worrying about anything.
