This company is super easy to work with: they know what they are doing and will guide you on what you need (microphone, lights, sound). We had speakers and a playlist for our weddi...
ng on the beach and it was super easy! The lighting was beautiful and complimented our candles. No issues. They were a little higher in price than some other companies, but it was worth the couple hundred of dollars to have a company be familiar with the venue, vendors, and have it all set up and taken down correctly. Thank you for everything!
I was so disappointed in the conditions of the chairs which were sent over for my wedding. I feel that about half of the chairs which were sent to use at our ceremony and dinner we...
re in terrible and unacceptable condition. The inventory really should be reviewed before delivering. I was very unhappy and stressed to have to deal with this the day of my wedding…
We used Keys Audio for our wedding in December. We were quite disappointed with the quality of the rentals and the lack of understanding when we needed to change our venue two days...
before the wedding due to severe weather. Three of the chairs broke, one of which resulted in one of our guests on the floor. Luckily they didn’t get injured. Keys Audio gave us minimal compensation. We also got charged extra for delivery since our new venue was on the second floor. And of course we still paid for those two rentals due to the company policy of not changing within 2 weeks, which I understand. Acknowledging our extenuating circumstances would have been appreciated.

l. This is the first time that I had to rent any equipment for an event and they certainly set the bar extremely high. They are a fantastic company and made everything look absolutely perfect. Thank you, Laura and Paul!
