We had hired Eddie for our wedding in July of 2020. Made the deposit and an additional payment.. after doing so I reached out and asked if he had Sept 12th available as we were loo...
king to change our date. He confirmed he was still available and changed our date. About a month later he said he realized he double booked us and that we would get our payment back within 30 days, but NOT our deposit since I’m the one who changed the date, which he CONFIRMED was available. I explained to him I didn’t cancel on him and that he had confirmed a new date, to which he states the change of the date was technically me cancelling on him, because he already had another wedding booked-which was his mistake to begin with (the deposit was $300.) It’s now been over 30 days, we haven’t received a refund, and when I reached out via email asking when we would receive our refund of our payment I have yet to get a response, yet he’s posted on his Facebook business page. If you want an HONEST videographer/photographer I would absolutely never recommend him.
We reached out to Eddie a few weeks before our wedding and got a great deal for videography. He was to give us a highlight video along with all the raw footage from the ceremony, s...
peeches and dances. I was excited to get such a great deal but also a little nervous. On our wedding day, he was one of my favorite vendors. He was so nice and tried to stay out of the way as much as possible, which I appreciated.
Our wedding was on 7/12. Our contract said we would get our videos by 7/25. 7/25 came and went. I emailed him the first week of August to figure out what was going on and he said he had unexpected family matters and would be late. We didn’t end up getting the first video until the second week of August, which we were a little annoyed with but understood since he had something come up in his family. About a week to two weeks go by and he sends us the second video (which was the highlight video). The highlight video didn’t have any music with it and had a big black box blocking the screen so you couldn’t even see half of the video. I emailed him about it and he said he would fix it and send it by the next day.
Weeks go by and I didn’t hear from Eddie regarding fixing the highlight video. I finally emailed him around the second week of September. He doesn’t respond. So a week later I sent another email and again I get no response. I finally put this in my husbands hands to reach out to him. My husband is an attorney and was able to get him to email him back by October 11th (keep in mind our contract said videos would be given to us by July 25th)! About a week later, we finally got the fixed highlight video.
Overall, I would recommend you find someone else more reliable for your big day. Looking back I would have paid a little bit more to have someone that would respond to my emails and meet their deadlines.

Eddie gave us some tips for our wedding day and really made it easy. He also worked well with our photographer. He was down to earth and really went the extra mile! When we received the copy of our wedding there was not a dry eye in the house. It will never get old and our family members who could not attend the wedding enjoyed the video!!! Thanks EJ!
