planning process she was so communicative, organized, and honestly just incredibly kind. I was super nervous about being in front of the camera and Gina made me feel so comfortable and every memory she captured is beautiful, from engagement photos, to final wedding edits, to our wedding video. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone who is looking for a photographer they can trust to deliver the most stress-free experience possible. missing, I asked for more; I specifically asked for a group of 50 outdoor portraits but told her that ideally, I'd like to see them all. She refused and said, "It is not possible for you to see every photo I took due to raw footage and some of that could be photos that did not turn out or also I take lots of duplicates." She also threw some contractual language in about how she reserved the right to provide or not provide whatever photos she chose. I did my best to bargain with her, begged her for more of our pictures and tried to explain that the raw footage and duplicates were exactly what I wanted. I even forfeited three specialty items that were listed as a part of the package (supposedly up to $150 each). She finally agreed to send me additional photos but when I received a USB in the mail, there was only another 15% of our pictures on it. From the group of 50 I asked for, she gave me six. So, in addition to the specialty products that I’ll never get, I’m still missing over half of the pictures. Of the ones I do have, the lighting, angle, and backgrounds aren’t very good. My dress is cut off in a lot of them and she (or her sister/assistant) never took the time to arrange my dress. Well, she did for one of them but instead of fanning out my train to display it, she literally put it behind me and stuffed it under the back of my dress to make it look like it wasn’t even there. Also, our ceremony was at 1, followed by a luncheon from 2-430 at a family member’s gorgeous property overlooking mountains (plenty of beautiful photo ops) and our reception ended at 10. I understood it was a long day and told her she was welcome to food/drink at our luncheon (keep in mind she had already made sure I would be providing her and her sister a complete dinner at our reception). I was totally fine with that but she ended up disappearing for two hours during the luncheon – she literally left and I had to have my brother take pictures. Lastly, even though I’ve been her client for about ten months now, when she used my last name as a password to the pics on her website, it was spelled wrong. When she mailed the USB with the photos I begged for, she had to ask for my address – which I’d already given her - and completely misspelled my first name (which is in my email address).
