ur wedding day which is a very rare occurrence for us. Luckily, our contract protects you and we were able to not only keep you on schedule, but send out an additional artist on the house. We also upgraded a bridesmaid from eyes only to a full makeup service and never requested payment for it. After the event, all artists reported back saying the bride and bridesmaids were beyond satisfied and the bride had commented she liked the wedding day hair and makeup more than the trial. When we were asked to refund 3 days after the wedding day, we denied the request as we over delivered on the contract. ints of concern: Adriana is known for showing up in workout gear to majority of her jobs. As one of the most requested artists, she was on a 13 hour shift that day with no breaks. The Hyatt Regency Hill Country (her first stop of the day) posted a mile round trip for her to carry all of her belongings. She always carries her portable chair, her rolling Zuca bag, and an additional bag filled with her airbrush gear. This is a lot for her to handle so we do give her a pass on not wearing heels while carrying such a load. She does dress comfortably due to the physical strain she endures transferring to each job and standing up for such long periods of time. Not to mention she always shows up with a smile on her face ready to greet her bride! Adriana (and all of our makeup artists) always show up with clean and professional makeup. Adriana has 72 different brushes in her kit, one of the most extensive out there. When working through a group of clients, you will see more and more color pile up on her towels, just as a painter cleans their brushes. This actually means the brushes are getting cleaned and sanitized! Adriana did offer a Tarte mascara to be used on your eyes instead of the waterproof Covergirl. This was declined as an option. It also states in the contract that if anyone has any allergies to please let us know prior so we can prepare. Adriana would have been more than happy to purchase you a special Estee Lauder waterproof mascara (or you would be welcome to provide your own) if needed. We did have such a blast on this wedding and appreciate the constructive criticism! We were able to take care of the bride's needs, our #1 priority, doubling her services within 72 hours notice. We were also able to arrive early, set up prior to all bridal party arrival, and even end early to provide the bride with the ultimate relaxation. as well: When you arrived for your trial we did a full consult with you .Youdo have very natural curly and frizzy hair. The style chosen was straight with a small curl at the end. Your hairstylist suggested that another style be picked due to your hair type and warned the style would not last. Unfortunately you chose to try the style against our recommendation. Once you left you contacted asking for a free trial because it fell, as we had previously mentioned it would. We refused a free trial. t process. When it comes to payment, you do have multiple payment options with us (Cash, Card, Check, PayPal, and Venmo). Your selection was the PayPal option in which you were given the two options within it to include the 3% fee or you could send via friends and family. When you signed your contract you signed for an amount due for services, not for PayPals fees. I am very sorry we did not inform you that our PayPal option would need to have that fee included upon signing the contract. With this feedback we will now inform future brides should they choose this option they are responsible for the service fee. With 2018, inflation has happened with our quality products. The rates did slightly increase so we can still use the best products on our clients. You were informed that new services were at the higher rates. The flower girl did have adult pricing as she was judged and agreed to have a full head of hair. We do have a company policy where flower girls are free if they are seen to not have a full head of hair! As for the trial run look versus day of, if you let our stylists know while in studio they are happy to make any adjustments to your look. Upon leaving the studio and nothing is brought to our attention we cannot make these adjustments to perfect it. We apologize about the bathroom key as well, we do have to wait on our landlord to get a copy of it and there is unfortunately a waiting period to get a replacement. We are very fortunate to have our lovely Starbucks neighbors be so kind to our brides letting them use their facilities until we get the replacement, and also offer awesome coffee!
