My experience with Kiana Bonneau Hair & Makeup Artistry was extremely disappointing. She scammed me, my sister, and our entire wedding party....
The services she claimed to provide were not delivered as promised. When we reached out to express how dissatisfied we were, she initially agreed to issue a partial refund but never followed through. Instead, she stopped responding, blocked our calls, and even blocked us on social media.
This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable—she clearly does not care about her clients or customer satisfaction.
Be extremely cautious when booking and never pay through Zelle or Apple Pay, as you’ll have no protection if things go wrong.
Use a payment method that allows chargebacks.

They were fun to hangout with while we got ready and they worked efficiently. We asked them to do ten people for a 3pm wedding. We were all ready in time for pictures!
