The kiani moments photo booth was hands down the biggest hit at our reception! There was a line all night and everyone was dying laughing taking photos together. The service was super quick, no waiting around for prints and everything just worked which was perfect. Jalpa was amazing! She was so sweet and made everyone comfortable, especially my shy relatives. She helped with props and had this great energy that got everyone excited to jump in. I loved that I had over a hundred templates to choose from and the customization was incredible! Jalpa was so patient with me through all my changes, I'm pretty sure I drove her crazy but she never showed it and helped me get everything exactly how I wanted. Now we have this awesome guestbook we'll treasure forever, plus our guests got personalized keepsakes to take home. I've been to other weddings with sad booths in the corner that no one uses - you know, four cardboard props and some unengaged booth attendant just sitting there. But the Kiani Moments booth was an experience we won't forget!

She crafted a beautiful, customized template for our photo prints and was flexible with our timeline to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how kind and professional the photobooth attendants were, and they absolutely loved the red carpet setup! We had a very disappointing experience with Jalpa of Kiani Moments and unfortunately cannot recommend her services. Communication was consistently slow and unreliable—each email r...

eply took days (sometimes up to 10), and follow-ups often came after the dates she herself promised (including for the contract, payment info, and frame design). Scheduling was also poorly managed: she asked us to call on a certain day, forgot about the call, and then asked for information we had already submitted via email (blaming The Knot, even though we never used it to communicate). On the day of the event, photo prints were inconsistent—we received multiple copies of some photos but none of others. Guests told us they weren’t reminded to take their prints. Even worse, she offered to text digital copies to guests, and some received a random photo of her testing the booth in her home instead of their actual images or boomerangs. Others received photos or boomerangs belonging to different guests entirely, which raised further concerns about privacy and organization. There was no framing guide on the iPad, so many prints had guests’ faces cut off. The digital gallery was a mess—completely disorganized, with over 10 test shots of Jalpa herself included and many guest photos and boomerangs missing. This was confirmed by multiple bridesmaids who sent me photos I never received in any format. After some back-and-forth and providing proof of the missing images, she eventually sent us a separate Google Drive link that included everything. While we appreciated that, it should not have taken that much effort to receive the full set of files that should have been delivered from the start. To add to the confusion, Kiani Moments posted a reel of our wedding on their Instagram—but left in the autogenerated ChatGPT text, starting with “Absolutely! Here’s a charming Instagram caption for the beautiful wedding.” This lack of attention to detail was consistent with the overall experience. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing—especially for such an important day. We regret booking with Kiani Moments.

rry to hear about your experience, as it differs significantly from our standard service and the experiences of our many satisfied clients. Regarding communication: We maintain detailed records of all client interactions and typically respond within 72 hours. Our records show most of your inquiries were addressed within this timeframe, with only one exception when I needed additional time to customize your template to match your wedding colors and flowers. Thank you for adding the test picture in your review here, which shows template customization we have done per your request. On photo delivery: All guests received their physical prints on-site, and we saved copies featuring the bride and groom as part of our standard service. When we noticed a couple's photo had their foreheads partially cut off, we immediately offered to retake their picture. Throughout the event, all guests were welcome to use the booth unlimited times and received as many copies as they requested. The initial digital gallery link contained the complete collection of images taken during your event, organized chronologically. When you mentioned having trouble locating certain images (on Saturday night), we promptly provided (Sunday- next day) an alternative format to ensure your satisfaction. I apologize if the inclusion of test photos in the raw link was concerning - these were captured during photo booth setup and part of necessary process. I understand there may have been a misunderstanding about you receiving physical copies of all photos taken during the event. This feature wasn't included in your selected package; however, when you expressed disappointment, I offered to mail physical copies of all pictures at no additional charge to ensure your satisfaction. While I respectfully disagree with the characterization of our service, I value your feedback and have used it to review our processes. e they were there! She provides multiple templates, guests can digitally send the photos to themselves, and she even made sure to tell the guests to put a photo strip into our scrapbook and sign it. She provides a ton of props that are super fun, and had recommendations for people as they went through. We were provided with every single photo taken throughout the night less than two weeks later. She was responsive and helpful throughout the process and affordable as well! Definitely consider adding Kiani Moments Photobooth to your event - guests will love it!
