The food is INCREDIBLE!!!!! I had so many compliments on the food for both the grooms dinner (OMG Best mac & Cheese) and the wedding dinner (the sliced beef is not just your standard run-of-the-mill wedding beef, it falls off your fork its so tender!), we also did late night nachos which were a big hit. My parents are vegan and it always makes me nervous at restaurants that they get forgotten or just get a blah meal slapped together, but again, Kilkarney nailed it, both Grooms dinner and wedding night they had well thought out, delicious meals that they absolutely loved! The bridal suite is SO worth it! Its the cutest thing and has so much natural light and our hair stylist even mentioned that she was so thankful for the amount of counter space and amount of plug ins! Mimosas, coffee and breakfast and lunch are all included in bridal suite and it made the morning getting ready so easy and seamless! Jeni (The venue coordinator) was SOOO great to work with, great communication and organization, answered my many questions throughout the year and checked in during the wedding day also. She has a Facebook page for Kilkarney couples once you sign on so you can ask other Kilkarney couples questions which was really handy! The staff was also great, they would bring pitchers of beer & bottles of wine to the head table during dinner. I could go on and on about this venue, the trees lining the driveway are a great picture spot, the reception area is nice and open, the bar is convenient and big. Incredibly thankful Kilkarney was the venue for our day that will be in our memories forever!!

to host a wedding. They've been doing it a long time and they got it down to a T. We had a big wedding, ~300 guests, and we were so impressed with how well everything went. They go above and beyond. With that high of a guest count, we were worried about people getting through the buffet line at a fast rate and lines at the bar, etc. but our worries were unnecessary. The whole team works together so well and there was never a long line or long wait. They are so professional. Jeni, who we worked closely with, was so easy to reach and always helping us in any way she could to help make our wedding day special. We were so impressed and so were our guests!! We got many, many compliments on this venue and on the venue staff. It all ran so so smoothly. As the bride, I didn't have to lift a finger on the day of. They handled it all. Absolutely the best place to have a wedding. We wish we could do it all over again!!

our special day. We were also planning the wedding from California, so huge shout out to her for working with our crazy schedule when we took the trip to Wisconsin. The suites were super cute and made the day super fun getting ready with all my girls. I also loved that their website had requested vendors for DJs and photographers. It made booking other vendors super easy.

The bridal suite provided plenty of space for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in, and the space made for a very elegant backdrop for our getting-ready photos. The golf course itself is beautiful and the view from the banquet hall is breathtaking. Our guests enjoyed taking photos out on the deck overlooking the course! The most common feedback we received from our guests was how delicious the food was! We chose to serve the champagne chicken and sirloin steak, and people told us it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding. And I couldn’t agree more!! From the scenery, to the staff, to the location, I would highly recommend this venue to any wedding couple!

Kilkarney Hills Golf Course was the greatest place we could of had our wedding and would highly recommend it to anyone planning on getting married!

When we were initially exploring venue options, Kilkarney’s wedding coordinator sent all of the information needed to decide if we wanted to tour it. We were very impressed right from the beginning! Additionally, we were given a large list of preferred vendors, such as photographers, decorators, and DJ’s. They were very helpful and organized. Our day was absolutely perfect and couldn’t have gone more smoothly!

The reception hall is amazing! It’s huge and fits so many guests! The way they decorate it, allowed us not to have to decorate too much which was a lifesaver! They made this process so easy for us and we are so lucky we were able to book them for our wedding!

It needs very little, if any, decorating because of its natural beauty. The outdoor spaces in general around the whole area had so many amazing photo opportunities, especially for a fall wedding. We did the Italian buffet and we had so many compliments about how great our food was! This venue was not only affordable, but very much exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend having your wedding here!

estrictions caused our reception to be cancelled. We started looking at venues in WI due to the lesser restrictions. We saw pictures of Kilkarney Hills and reached out for more info. Jeni got back to us that same night and answered all our questions. we booked with them the next day and two days later we had a meeting scheduled to finalize all the details. Saying they are amazing is an understatement! We were able to set up the night before, had our grooms dinner there, and they provided delicious food, and covered all the beverages for both nights. Their Elite package was very reasonable priced and offered so many little perks that just added to the night. The grounds are beautiful and we were able to get all our photos taken there. It's about 30 min from the Twin Cities and our guests didn't feel like they were traveling far for it. We would highly recommend Kilkarney Hills, Jeni, and their staff. They were so easy to work with, flexible, and willing to change things to better our needs. We will definitely be back in the Spring for a round of golf and some good food!

The Bridal Suite was one of the highlights of the day. It was a perfect way to get ready and bond with all your girls and take time to relax and have fun before the craziness of the day started. I cannot rave about this venue and Jeni enough. Jeni was there from start of the day until dinner was done- handling everything with grace that came her way (such as, my dress ripping down the back, she was there with safety pins helping pin me back into my dress). I would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking, not only for a place to get married, but any event in general. 100 out of 10 would recommend. Jeni Rocks!!

ry penny and did not break the bank. Very affordable and got so many perks with it. The outdoor ceremony location is gorgeous. They accommodated people well with COVID by spreading out chairs. Inside at the reception they were able to do many sizes of tables to accommodate different family sizes. The Decor provided already with drapery and uplighting is gorgeous. Bar service and Food service was great. We got many compliments on the food. Dance floor was awesome and nice that everyone could see it from all tables, no matter where they were sitting. Thank you Kilkarney for the wonderful space and accommodations.

The bridal suites were proper, clean and routinely checked upon by the wonderful staff. Jeni was wonderful, she helped us every step of the way and was always there if we had any questions. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The food was very well prepared and was served on time for all our guests and the bartenders never let your glass go empty. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the whole experience as it really did put the icing on the cake. Please, do yourself a favor and check this venue you out. You WILL NOT regret it.

The bartenders are attentive and provided a wide variety of choices, including the signature drinks we got to select. We were able to use the grounds to set up some cornhole sets, so we had guests on the dance floor, lounging on the pretty patio, or out on the lawn playing bags. There was something for everyone! Jeni, the coordinator, is the kindest and most organized individual I have met. She was there for every question and request and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. I am so thankful to her for helping me be a stress-free bride on the day of. I highly recommend the bridal suite on site to get ready with the ladies in your party. There are so many thoughtful and elegant touches in the suite that do not go unnoticed! It was also a great place to take photos and enjoy a mimosa before the big day. There is no question that Kilkarney is one of the best in Wisconsin! Close to the twin cities, and other hotel options, but has an intimate feel. I can't recommend this enough!

She gave us guidance, NEVER would beat around the bushes, and trulycared about our day. We had a little bit of rain on our wedding day, but she made sure to help me come up with a plan to be able to have it outside. She would constantly check on me during the day to make sure we all had everything we needed. Along the way leading up to the day, she was so approachable and very timely with her replies. The indoor reception space was so beautiful that our guests commented on it so many times. The food is also excellent, and wait staff were even more excellent, one even helped us find some tape when I had a slight dress malfunction! Jeni and the rest of the staff at Kilkarney are a pleasure to work with. They were so flexible with last minute changes and were always there to answer questions. They made sure everything was pulled off perfectly, thank you!

is absolutely gorgeous on top of that. The on-site event coordinator and golf pro were so helpful and easy to reach in a reasonable amount of time. Their service was prompt and always kept our best interest in mind. If you prefer a coordinator that can get their hands dirty and be involved very thoroughly in your day, you will get it. If you prefer space and flexibility to do what you’d like at your own pace, they are wonderful with that too. The perks are there as well. They allowed us to play a fully comped round of golf prior to the wedding date. Awesome! The use of their golf carts for shuttling guests, the couple, the bride etc is such a lovely, charming addition to the entire experience too. I would whole-heartedly and confidently recommend Kilkarney Hills to anyone who is interested (and I already have multiple times!) A+ service, A+ scenery, A+ Friendliness and flexibility and an absolute A+ overall. You will not be let down.
