bout doing business with a company on the opposite side of the country, but the folks at Kilt Rental USA exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. Myself and my groomsmen are all various shapes and sizes (one guy is 6/6", another guy is over 300lbs), and we were all able to get outfits that fit properly and made us all look sharp. I had a few last-minute issues - one of my groomsmen managed to gain about 30lbs in between the time I measured him for his outfit and the time the outfits arrived. Another one decided to take a last minute trip to California the week of my wedding. No problem. Wheaton and his team were able to make last-minute changes for us, and everything arrived in time, and everything was perfect. A couple pieces of advice - firstly, communication is key. The more information you give to the folks at Kilt Rental USA, the better things will work out. Next, stay away from the white socks. Seriously. They're hideous. Black, grey or, if you must, ivory. Practice tying up those shoes. Wear them for a day, figure out a way to get comfortable in them. The only "wardrobe malfunction" that me and my guys experienced were related to shoelaces - not Kilt Rental USA's fault though, we just had no idea how to lace them properly. Finally - the shirts. Kilts, jackets, vests and shoes were all very high quality - all finely crafted, 100% wool, all imported from Scotland. The shirts though, were polyester and kinda crappy - they all fit perfectly, and I can obviously understand why a rental company would go with more affordable shirts, but it might be worth it for grooms and groomsmen to invest in something a little better. All in all, great experience, great company to deal with!

I called the number provided on their site and spoke with a gentleman. I explained the problem and told him I was returning the next day and expected a full refund. This was not a problem and the conversation ended. I returned the package at 10.48 EST on 11/10/2014 via UPS. I received a phone call at approx 1.58pm from a gentlemen of the company stating there would be no return. He offered a new shipment but I did not want to trust his sizing of the new outfit as my event was now very time sensitive. He was very rude and condescending. He was very unwilling to listen to my explanation of not being able to take another chance in his outfits being miss sized. This could have been and easily resolved procedure but would not listen to my concerns. Real Scots don't treat other Scots the way this individual treat me. There are plenty more choices on the web for kilt rental. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The owner of this store is a cheat, liar and a thief.

I was a little nervous at first using an out of state vendor, but their constant communication with us on the status of the kilts was very appreciated. They even sent them early due to the holiday season interrupting mail service and that helped relieve the stress of wondering when they would arrive. The kilts were in good condition and our guys looked great.

Everything was shipped with an adequate amount of time for the groomsmen to try on their outfits to make sure we did not need to make an exchange before the big day. Luckily, everything fit well and nothing needed to be changed. We returned everything after the wedding on time and it was a very simple process.
