Kim J Beauty

e wedding day, Kim was so wonderful at making it a fun and calming experience. My hair and makeup lasted the entire day (even in the hot weather) and she was great at making all the tweaks from my trial for my wedding day for my perfect look. I felt so relaxed with her and my whole wedding party loved their looks. Thanks Kim!

big day. They also have a very easy portal to communicate through the whole process. Getting pricing was very straight forward and very reasonable. Especially given my mountain location and their quality. Camille and Evelyn were my artists and they did a great job! They took their time and gave everyone plenty of time and attention. They tailored the looks to match everyone's wishes and personalities. My mom was nervous about how a full face of makeup would look on her skin and she was amazed at Camille's makeup job. She has now decided that she should go "full glam" all the time. :) Evelyn did my hair and makeup and she did a fantastic job. I had long clip in extensions that she managed very well and as someone who doesn't wear makeup a ton, she helped me look "fancy" but still like myself. I appreciate Kim J Beauty so much for really knocking it out of the park. Highly recommend them!

to all of my requests and fulfilled them. She is clearly very skilled and I enjoyed spending time with her and getting to know her. I would 100% recommend Kim’s team!!!

g me feel and look as natural as possible.

able to execute exactly what I wanted even with vague directions from me. All three stylists did amazing with my wedding party and they all looked stunning. There were all so funny, kind, and welcoming on the wedding day and helped us to have a great morning. Kim was wonderful to work with and her communication was quick and smooth. I can’t thank this amazing team enough for helping make my day perfect and make me feel so beautiful!

helped set up, she was so funny and her good energy really helped me be less nervous on such an important day. She absolutely killed it! My hair & makeup were impeccable, exactly what I asked for, and she walked me through every step as went we to make sure I was happy with everything. Fantastic experience 10000/10 :)

quick to answer any questions! Cierra was my stylist and she absolutely NAILED my wedding day look! My hair and makeup exceeded all my expectations! I was nervous with not being able to do a trial run however from the second Cierra walked through the door all those worries melted away! She helped me stay relaxed during the getting ready process and also was the best hype girl! I asked for bronze/ pink luxury soft glam and she fully delivered!! I wanted big curly half up half down movie star hair and that's exactly what I got!! My makeup lasted all night long! If you are looking for the perfect look Kim J Beauty is the best!!  Wedding location: Lost Gulch Overlook/ Sunrise  amphitheater- Boulder Co

sh, the entire team was professional, organized, and efficient. Everyone’s makeup looked beautiful, natural, and lasted throughout the day and night. Most impressively, they kept us perfectly on schedule and had everyone finished on time, which made the morning completely stress-free. I received so many compliments, and every member of my bridal party felt confident and gorgeous. I highly recommend Kim and her team for any wedding or special event! Thank you for helping make our day so special. 💕

t. I was also extremely happy with how all the bridesmaids and mothers Hair and makeup came out.

nted and was a perfectionist in the best way. I truly loved my hair and make up and thought all of my bridesmaids, mothers, etc looked incredible.

tifully, and lasted all day through happy tears, hugs, and dancing. She was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable and confident the entire time. The quality of her work was worth every penny, and I’m so thankful she was part of my wedding day. I would absolutely recommend her to any bride looking to feel her best on such a special day!

ur hair and makeup for the day and she delivered. As someone who doesn't wear makeup on a regular basis, she made me feel gorgeous without being overdone. And we all absolutely loved our hairstyles for the day. She knows exactly how to make you look perfect all day through the photos, the dancing, and everything else. We couldn't be happier having the opportunity to work with Kim and would absolutely hire her or refer her again!

my vision and made me feel like the best version of myself on one of the most important days of my life. On the wedding day, Jessica was calm, punctual, incredibly organized and so sweet. My hair and makeup were absolutely stunning—natural, elegant, and perfectly suited to both my features and the overall style of the wedding. Best of all, everything lasted beautifully through hours of photos, happy tears, and celebrating. A huge THANK YOU to the wonderful Kim J Beauty team ❤️

ves. This was especially helpful since I’m not from the Colorado area. I’m located in Pennsylvania. She was flexible and willing to make changes a long the way. Her stylist Cierra did my make up and hair. The trial had me a little worried because it was not what I envisioned. The day of was a much better experience. Cierra is well talented and made sure that I was 100% happy. The spray tan that they use is also one of the best I’ve ever had.

communicative throughout. I am not a makeup girly and rarely do my hair, so I was very nervous about feeling like myself on my wedding day/ I've always felt a little like a clown when I wear alot of makeup. My trial experience was so positive-- I added extensions as my hair is pretty thin/ fine and also a spray tan, which a member of Kim's team did. I'd never had a spray tan before, and I loved it. I'm very pale, and it was very subtle and glowy. The week before my wedding I got flu and a bad sinus infection, which completely dried out my skin and led to weird red flushing. Kim was so flexible and adaptive, keeping in touch the week before and figuring out a way to still get my makeup on and looking beautiful. She and her team were early and all set up when we arrived, and both moms and all bridesmaids had a really chill/ positive getting ready experience, and we all felt beautiful. Would absolutely recommend.

e you not even apologize and make excuses.

y of and even did my sisters hair and eyelashes for a friend that she had not planned on doing. She was kind, caring and really made my day extra special. I would recommend her highly!

fectly captured each of our unique styles and requests and were true hype women the morning of the wedding to help keep nerves calm and have us feeling our best when everything kicked off! Hair and makeup lasted the whole day which included some end of August heat, rain, sunshine and a night full of dancing. Thanks for helping me feel like myself and fabulous on my wedding day!

of town so much less stressful. Our stylist, Madi, came to our Airbnb on the morning of the wedding and was absolutely amazing. She was so nice, personable, and easy to talk to — it felt like having another friend there with us while we got ready. Not only was she such a calming and fun presence, but she’s also incredibly talented. Our hair and makeup turned out beautifully and lasted all day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful to Madi and the entire Kim J Beauty team for helping make our day so special. Highly recommend!

e made as plans were solidified. Tina was so awesome during my trial and made her investment in how I looked and felt known! She even sent some texts after the trials with some ideas she had for potential changes and some new lipgloss/liner shades I may like. My whole group had a great experience, and I would recommend to any brides!

ir stayed put and gorgeous despite insane wind! Kim's communication throughout the process of booking, trial and wedding day logistics was excellent.

dding day in a timely manner and was lovely to work with. I highly recommend working with Kim J Beauty!

ugh the final touches on the day itself, Kim was consistently professional, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond, even assisting my personal hairstylist and me in selecting the most suitable hair extensions for the occasion, a gesture that speaks volumes about her dedication and expertise. For our destination microwedding, I had hair and makeup done for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day, and my mother and mother-in-law were also styled on the day of the ceremony. My mother-in-law was so enamored with her makeup that she joked about sleeping in it just to preserve the look for the next day, a testament to the artistry and care that went into every detail. I first met Ashley during my makeup trial, and we immediately connected. Her approach was grounded in making me feel like the best version of myself, and she was both receptive to my preferences and full of thoughtful suggestions to refine the overall look. Beyond her technical talent, Ashley brought a calm, uplifting energy that proved invaluable amid the whirlwind of wedding-day activity. Thanks to the trial and rehearsal styling, we had a shared vision and rhythm that made the wedding day feel effortless. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim and her team. Their artistry, professionalism, and presence will not only elevate your look, they’ll enhance the entire experience of your wedding day.

en such a rockstar, and it was such a joy to work with her again. Sydni was equally amazing with both artistry and a fun personality that made such a wonderful difference as well.  The whole team was personable, professional, and amazing at their craft—we truly couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you for being such an integral part of the day.

ning process. She set up my trial appointment seamlessly and made the entire experience so enjoyable. On the day of my wedding, Kim and her team exceeded every expectation. They were professional, organized, and such a calming presence to have around. Kim truly listened to what I envisioned, and somehow managed to make me look even better than I imagined: flawless, glowing, and still very “me.” My makeup lasted all night (through happy tears and dancing!), and my hair stayed picture-perfect until the very end. Beyond the talent and skill, what really stood out was how kind and thoughtful she was every step of the way. It felt like having a trusted friend by my side on such an important day. My bridesmaids were also thrilled with their looks, the entire team worked efficiently without ever making us feel rushed. I cannot recommend Kim and her team enough. If you’re looking for someone who is not only incredibly talented but also truly cares about her clients, Kim is the one. She made me feel beautiful, confident, and completely taken care of — and for that, I’ll always be grateful.

responsive in getting everything scheduled and set. Nancy, Lyndsey, and Camille were not only on time, they were early, and kept us completely on track for my timeline. I had very few modifications from my hair and makeup trial, but Nancy and Lyndsey listened perfectly and made me feel incredible on my wedding day. Camille did all of the flower girl's hair and they looked perfect. I couldn't recommend them all more. Bridal hair was an updo, but bridesmaids did a mix and all styles worked very well.

ke myself—just the most elevated, glowing version—and I truly felt so confident walking down the aisle. The girls were so professional, fun, and attentive the entire time. My bridesmaids were thrilled that this wonderful group of women could perfectly recreate the Pinterest hairstyles they brought in, and the compliments just kept coming all night. Everyone not only looked gorgeous but also felt like themselves, which was so important to me. Jessica’s spray tan was the perfect finishing touch—it looked natural, even, and gave me that radiant bridal glow without feeling overdone.

Mexico for my bachelorette trip two weeks before my wedding, didn’t apply enough sunscreen and proceeded to peel a couple days before wedding day. This team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my skin was glowing. From professional and timely communication to overnight shipping tanning skin care to fix my peeling nightmare, this team was incredible. They made me feel so beautiful when I quite literally wanted to crawl out of my own skin. I am so glad I decided to hire them for hair, makeup and spray tan services. The value of hiring them as a team really saved me too because they were all communicated behind the scenes to lessen my stress and take things off my plate during such an intense season. These women brought joy, ease and laughter. They legitimately went above and beyond in every single detail. I was recommended to them by two other close friends and I am just so thankful I decided to hire them. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

ming, and made me feel centered and confident. Kim was also wonderful to work with as we coordinated the logistics, and the whole experience felt so personal and tailored to me. Couldn’t recommend them more!

did absolutely beautiful work incorporating babies' breath into my hair and adjusting my makeup after the trial. She steered me away from airbrush and did the perfect natural glow. Highly recommend!

the biggest days of your life when they hardly know your skin type, hair type, how you usually do your makeup, what would look best on you, but I am 10000% so glad I went with Kim J Beauty for my hair and makeup for my wedding. I had Ashley and Tina and both were just absolutely amazing. All of my bridesmaids, my Mom, and Step Mom ALL have very different styles, hair types, skin types, skin tones and Ashley and Tina did SO amazing on every single one of us. Never have I ever felt more beautiful and I give all of the credit to these two ladies. My bridesmaids, Mom and Step Mom also said the same thing that they have never felt so beautiful. And it was true, everyone was absolutely stunning. Not only that but Ashley and Tina were right on time, efficient, knew exactly what they were doing, super passionate about what they do, personable, funny, and it was just such an enjoyable time getting ready with the help of these two wonderful ladies. They are very versatile and can do a very soft, natural glam but also a wedding glammed up look. I would recommend doing a trial run with one of Kim's artists so they can get to know you prior to the wedding and you can feel out the look you are going for. I was very pleased that Kim offers trial runs! I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to get their wedding hair and makeup done by Kim J Beauty company. They are absolutely amazing!!!

ing but my stylist, Madi, exceeded my expectations! I was very pleased with my end result and had never felt prettier! I would 100% book again if needed!

ng HAMU for a destination wedding. We were able to do a trial and made some significant changes between the trial and day-of, which were all executed flawlessly. She made getting ready feel relaxed and fun, and the whole team was professional, on time, and so talented. Highly recommend!

I felt like myself (and my husband agrees!). If you want a look that just makes you feel flawlessly yourself- and won't cake off on any suits- this is your vendor.

d of course happy tears! She also did an amazing job on covering up a pimple that made its grand appearance the day of the wedding, can’t even see it in any of the photos!

ding, but one of the gals from her salon, Tosha, did. And she was fantastic! I felt so beautiful. You won't be disappointed with their services!

lt so comfortable with her on my wedding day and was confident she would kill it and she did just that!

nd, and helpful when I wanted a change to my hairstyle. My makeup and hair lasted all day and through dancing. Wonderful working with her and her team.

t ever, just two days before the wedding! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect glow. Jessica, my makeup artist, was an absolute delight—personable, timely, and so supportive on the day. I'll be recommending them endlessly!

nd excited. Without even doing a trial, she nailed exactly the look I wanted. It felt like me, just elevated and effortless. My hair and makeup held up beautifully all day, and I got so many compliments. I truly felt confident and radiant in every photo. Thank you so much!!

w months before the wedding, I felt completely comfortable with her — she listened closely to what I liked and was responsive to any tweaks or adjustments I requested. Jessica came prepared and organized, using my reference photos, trial pictures, and notes to create a look that made me feel so heard, so confident, and so beautiful on my wedding day. She truly nailed it. Jessica also brought along her amazing coworker, Madi, to assist with my bridesmaids. Not only was her work stunning, but my bridesmaids loved chatting with her throughout the morning. The energy was fun, relaxed, and full of excitement, and it meant so much to me that my best friends and family felt beautiful and taken care of too. After all their hard work, we all felt incredibly special and glowing. Exactly how you want to feel on your wedding day. I can’t thank Jessica, Madi enough for helping make our day so magical. Highly recommend Jessica & Madi!

I could not have asked for anyone better. She was also very friendly! Loved everything about my hair and makeup! Would definitely recommend!

mend Kim J Beauty to any future brides. No trial necessary!

each one of our requests! They were so much fun too during the trial and day of making us comfortable and ease the nerves. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me! If I ever need hair and makeup again, they will be my first call.
