For our destination microwedding, I had hair and makeup done for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day, and my mother and mother-in-law were also styled on the day of the ceremony. My mother-in-law was so enamored with her makeup that she joked about sleeping in it just to preserve the look for the next day, a testament to the artistry and care that went into every detail. I first met Ashley during my makeup trial, and we immediately connected. Her approach was grounded in making me feel like the best version of myself, and she was both receptive to my preferences and full of thoughtful suggestions to refine the overall look. Beyond her technical talent, Ashley brought a calm, uplifting energy that proved invaluable amid the whirlwind of wedding-day activity. responsive in getting everything scheduled and set. Nancy, Lyndsey, and Camille were not only on time, they were early, and kept us completely on track for my timeline. I had very few modifications from my hair and makeup trial, but Nancy and Lyndsey listened perfectly and made me feel incredible on my wedding day. Camille did all of the flower girl's hair and they looked perfect. I couldn't recommend them all more. Bridal hair was an updo, but bridesmaids did a mix and all styles worked very well.

Mexico for my bachelorette trip two weeks before my wedding, didn’t apply enough sunscreen and proceeded to peel a couple days before wedding day. This team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my skin was glowing. From professional and timely communication to overnight shipping tanning skin care to fix my peeling nightmare, this team was incredible. They made me feel so beautiful when I quite literally wanted to crawl out of my own skin. I am so glad I decided to hire them for hair, makeup and spray tan services. The value of hiring them as a team really saved me too because they were all communicated behind the scenes to lessen my stress and take things off my plate during such an intense season. These women brought joy, ease and laughter. They legitimately went above and beyond in every single detail. the biggest days of your life when they hardly know your skin type, hair type, how you usually do your makeup, what would look best on you, but I am 10000% so glad I went with Kim J Beauty for my hair and makeup for my wedding. I had Ashley and Tina and both were just absolutely amazing. All of my bridesmaids, my Mom, and Step Mom ALL have very different styles, hair types, skin types, skin tones and Ashley and Tina did SO amazing on every single one of us. Never have I ever felt more beautiful and I give all of the credit to these two ladies. My bridesmaids, Mom and Step Mom also said the same thing that they have never felt so beautiful. And it was true, everyone was absolutely stunning. Not only that but Ashley and Tina were right on time, efficient, knew exactly what they were doing, super passionate about what they do, personable, funny, and it was just such an enjoyable time getting ready with the help of these two wonderful ladies. They are very versatile and can do a very soft, natural glam but also a wedding glammed up look. I would recommend doing a trial run with one of Kim's artists so they can get to know you prior to the wedding and you can feel out the look you are going for. What I loved the most was that the make-up looked so natural and my hair looked incredible. On the wedding day, Maddie and Camie made me, my bridesmaids, my mom and mom-in-law look absolutely STUNNING! They were also very attentive and matched what each of us wanted (some of my bridesmaids preferred more or less make-up). Truly an amazing experience!
