Kim and her husband Shiloh were incredible. Don’t even hesitate, book them right now!!! You won’t regret it!!! Their photos are absolutely stunning, I sometimes can’t believe the p...
hotos are of my wedding and not out of a magazine. They were both so kind and warm and so helpful with direction and posing for photos. We felt immediately comfortable with them and they helped us feel at ease in front of the camera.
Kim was so aware of how to be helpful even outside of the role of taking photos, helping with everything from timeline recommendations to how to pin my veil on when it flew off before our first look. And an unexpected perk was how well Shiloh fit in with my husband and his groomsmen during their “getting ready” photos. He really did a fantastic job of making the guys comfortable and capturing great photos, especially for a group of guys not accustomed to formal photos together.
During the planning process Kim was also very communicative and helped us set realistic expectations for what would be doable re: our photo list, and they still somehow managed to get every shot we wanted, even the ones we thought we would have to rule out because we didn’t think we would have time. They managed all of this without the day feeling rushed or like we were incessantly being photographed. I honestly don’t feel like I saw them outside of the formal portraits, they just somehow managed to capture everything and everyone so beautifully while still being totally discrete. The wedding day truly goes by in a blur, so we are so grateful to have so many photos of every last little detail to help us remember it.
They also had incredible turn around time—we got sneak peeks within a few days and all of our photos back within a month of the wedding. One of the most touching notes for me was that a family member passed away a few days before the wedding, and Kim and Shiloh gave us a thoughtful bereavement card. Just incredibly thoughtful, kind, and very skilled photographers.
They were so flexible and reasonable to work with, so personable, capable of corralling our massive family for group shots, very comfortable working alongside our videographer and working as a team to capture our wedding day…I could go on and on. We are SO thrilled with their work and booking them was one of the best decisions for our wedding without a doubt. If you are lucky enough that they are available for your wedding book them ASAP!

ork with; she was so responsive throughout the whole process. Before we booked her, she sent us her wedding guide, which was so helpful, along with multiple galleries of weddings she had done at our venue and engagement shoots where we did ours. On our wedding day, they made sure to capture everything we wanted and were so helpful. They had worked at the venue countless times, so they already knew the staff and exactly where all the best shots would be. Our wedding day went so smoothly, especially thanks to Kim for crafting a timeline for us and keeping us on track!
I recently booked Kim for a surprise engagement shoot for my now fiancé. Kim went above and beyond to ensure everything went smooth and according to plan, including arriving at the...
location well in advance to scout out the perfect positioning for the proposal. She perfectly captured the moment and all her photographs came out beautifully. After the shoot, Kim sent us a sneak peek of some of the highlights in a timely manner (approx. 24 hours). I could not have been more impressed with her work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer for any occasion!

erywhere she goes. She's exactly who you want behind the camera for a wedding day or a regular photo session.
Her pictures are GORGEOUS every single time and she's kind and easy to work with. She provides direction to make sure you look and feel your best in photos. She put my toddler right at ease and helped bring her out of her shell during our photo session. From wedding shoots, styled shoots, photo session of just my husband and I near a decade ago, to now yearly family photo sessions with our children, having worked with Kim both professionally and personally, I can confidently 100% recommend her. She is a talented photographer and seemingly effortlessly takes absolutely gorgeous photos. Her work has adorned my living room walls for nearly a decade, and I'm already planning my next two sessions with her!
Do yourself a favor, hire Kim Lyn Photography. You will be so happy you did!

the camera. The results speak for themselves - the photos we have from our engagement shoot and our wedding are absolutely perfect. They are also both so easy to get along, it's like having your friends taking your photos on that day which I think is so special. Thank you Kim and Shiloh for everything! We will be hiring them again in the future for sure!
We had the pleasure of working with Kim and Shiloh as our wedding photographers, and we couldn't have asked for a better team to capture our special day. From start to finish, they...
were amazing and provided us with an unforgettable experience.
One of the things that stood out to us the most was their comforting presence. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Kim and Shiloh made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our vision, listen to our ideas, and offered their professional advice to ensure our photos would turn out just the way we wanted.
On the day of the wedding, they arrived early and well-prepared. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they effortlessly captured every significant moment, emotion, and detail. Their ability to blend into the background allowed us to enjoy the day fully, knowing that they were capturing every important aspect.
They also just work so well together, as husband and wife, which really made me and my (now) husband feel at ease and totally
Comfortable as well (couple goals!)
Not only did Kim and Shiloh have an incredible eye for composition and lighting, but they also managed to showcase our love and excitement in every photo. The final images were simply stunning, and we were blown away by how perfectly they captured the essence of our day. Each photo somehow managed to perfectly reflect the emotions, beauty, and significance of the moment.
Working with Kim was an absolute delight. She was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She was responsive to our questions and requests, and her passion for her craft shone through in every interaction. It was evident that she genuinely cared about capturing our wedding day in the best possible way.
We highly recommend Kim and Shiloh to any couple looking for talented, professional, and caring photographers. They will go above and beyond to ensure your wedding memories are preserved beautifully.

e, instagram and overall style really spoke to me - it feels light, airy, romantic and everything I could ever want. After speaking with Kim we instantly clicked. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and warm. Any questions I had she answered. Once we did our engagement shoot with her and her husband Shiloh, I honestly felt like we were all friends. And that's what I value most because it allows you to be comfortable, 100% yourself and capture the best photos.
I also did a boudoir shoot with Kim and I cannot speak more highly about the entire experience. I felt sexy, empowered and beautiful. Kim made me feel so comfortable which is extremely important when trying to be vulnerable on camera. The photos were absolutely amazing and I am so happy I can look back on them forever.
Now to our wedding day!!! Kim was like an additional friend, planner, and confidant on that special day. She was with me for getting ready and guided me through the day, which I definitely needed. She helped with my dress, she helped take out my veil for me, she literally went above and beyond on everything. We had so many formal pictures to get through and Kim and Shiloh took charge and made it happen. We were beyond thankful to have them with us that day. They made us laugh, smile and brought out our best selves for our photos. It felt like we were just hanging out with our friends all day which is exactly what I wanted. I cannot explain how GORGEOUS our pictures turned out!!! I am absolutely obsessed with them!! You will not regret hiring them so just do it!!! Not only do we have these stunning pictures to remember our day forever, but we gained some lifelong friends along the way and I am extremely thankful for that!

ey are also the sweetest team. I knew I needed a photography team that would be laidback, but also encourage my husband and I to be ourselves in front of the camera. Kim and Shiloh did just this. on for our engagement session. Her and Shiloh are so sweet, which made it easy for my husband and I to be ourselves during the session.
When we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid, Kim was so understanding and professional. Unfortunately she had another couple with the same new date as us, but Kim did everything she possibly could to make our wedding photography dreams come true. She had two of her associate photographers (Christy and Eva) fill in for her on our special day, and still edited all of our photos. Photography was one of my top priorities on my wedding day and I felt confident in Kim's recommendations to have them fill in, and I am so glad I trusted her. Eva and Christy were so amazing the day of- they were so bubbly and captured all of the images we wanted from our special day.
Even though she was not physically there, we still knew how invested Kim was in our wedding day. She made sure our wedding timeline and all photography details were coordinated beforehand and sent a lovely message the day of. She also got our photos back to us really quickly so we did not have to wait long to re-live our special day.
And the pictures!!! They were everything we had hoped for. We have countless pictures from our engagement session and wedding that I will cherish forever- we are so in love with them.
Please if you are considering hiring Kim for your wedding or any photoshoot, book her! Not only will you have amazing photographs, but you will have a new friend!
