We quickly found out that her "day of coordination" services go much more beyond just the day of the wedding, She played a key role in the last 6 weeks of our planning process, recommending vendors we haven't yet booked, communicating with and coordinating all of the vendors, assisting with design ideas, picking up props, helping us make decisions, creating a production book for the day of the wedding - the list goes on and on. On our wedding day, Leslie and her team, Elisabeth and Latressa, were always within an arm's reach - they helped us get through hair and makeup, pictures, coordinated the loading in and out of vendors and the set up of the venue, ensured everyone was in the right place at the right time and that the day ran according to schedule. Above all, they kept us sane and let us enjoy the best day of our lives without having to worry about a thing. We are beyond grateful for everything they did to help make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

tire day! My daughter and son in law met Leslie when they saw her in action at another affair, and were very impressed. What a piece of luck that was! Leslie was hired to come on board for the month prior to the event and the day of. Although she made herself available prior to that time, a month before the wedding, she really swung into action and pulled together all the pieces and to make the day of the wedding run seamlessly without anyone but us knowing what she was doing! Leslie was an absolute delight to work with, understanding, totally thorough, anticipating needs, all in all perfect! I could go on, but suffice it to say, she is a gem!

g) and all I can say is A++. They were professional, attentive, courteous, kind, and firm when things needed to get done but always in respectful manner. Leslie's abilitly to understand us not only as a couple but also as individuals went a long way. She captured all our likes and kept our dislikes far far away. One huge plus is that Leslie isnt the type of planner to just buy and not research, she will save you as much $$$ as she can using her endless resources (like asking a nighbor to cut a tree branch from Hurricane Sandy into 30 pieces to be part of the table decor), but never compromising quality. Short of risking her life, she WILL get you what you want and if for some crazy reason she can't she sure as hell will do her best trying. Perhaps the biggest plus was that my wife and I got along very well with everyone, especially Leslie. This is a major factor for anyone looking for a planner. If the connection isnt there it won't be right. Lucky for us, Leslie was the right connection and we all worked very well together and can't thank her and the rest of the K.I.M group enough for such a stellar job. e perfect wedding while working at a job that left me no time to plan. Anything. From the first time we spoke, Leslie exhibited an exemplary attention to detail, and a warmth and enthusiasm that she brought to each step of the planning process. Leslie was able to spot issues I never would have thought of until it was too late. She was always ready with five different solutions. And she always made sure that there were no loose ends, that all issues were taken care of. To illustrate, I had always wanted an outdoor wedding on the water and planned everything accordingly. When the weather predictions turned to rain a few days before the event, Leslie and her team bent over backwards to make sure that the wedding went off without a hitch. And only because of her efforts-- ordering extra tents, rain-related accoutrements-- it did. Another example: there was a glitch in one of the rental orders and we ended up with espresso cups instead of coffee cups the day before the wedding. Leslie was somehow able to get the rental company to go right back to Manhattan (the wedding was in upstate NY) and fix the error, within 24 hours. I'm still not sure how she did it. I could cite anecdote after anecdote to demonstrate how intelligent, capable, diligent, responsive, and creative Leslie is. But in the end, what really matters, what I came away with, and what I am still so very grateful for, is the way in which Leslie was able to take all of the stresses of wedding planning and make sure that not one was passed onto me. From the moment Leslie entered the picture, planning my wedding went from something that was waking me up at 5am, to one of the most wonderful and enjoyable times in my life. Being able to so thoroughly enjoy these moments, to so fully and completely indulge in that day, that night, was priceless. Leslie ensured that our wedding was an event that I will always look back on with pure joy. I could not recommend any wedding planner more highly.
