On the wedding day itself, she was so attentive to my wedding party & family. She ran the show for us & made sure everyone was where they needed to be always. I hear horror stories of brides being so stressed on their wedding day & I can confidently say, Kim took all of the stress off our plates & made our wedding the huge success that it was! . I planned our wedding from across the country, and Kim was exactly what I needed to ease the stress of not being physically near my venue/vendors during the planning process. I was able to send all of my decoration items to her prior to the wedding, and trusted her eye-for-design to set them up. SO glad I did! Everything looked absolutely phenomenal down to the folding of our napkins at each place setting. Kim was also an angel in ensuring no detail was overlooked. I even forgot an item for our guestbook in my hotel room, and her assistant drove all the way to my hotel to get it! Kim seamlessly made sure the schedule was kept and she was the calm presence I needed during our hectic & exciting day. Overall, I can't recommend her enough. Her recommendations of vendors were equally valuable. The band was superb and kept the event jumping and the florist executed flowers for the reception exactly as the couple envisioned. I have recommended her to many brides that I have gotten the chance to speak with, and when I have met people that have worked with her, we all are able to rant and rave about how amazing she is. She helped me find the best vendors, was always available (even responding to my midnight 'panic' e-mails) and could, and did handle any request and question with a calmness that eased any nerve remaining. She thought of EVERY detail and kept me on my toes without stressing me out. My family lives out of state and were not involved in the wedding planning process but Kim filled their shoes with her planning skills and friendship. The day of the wedding was flawless, and everyone kept commenting on how awesome Kim was! I don't think I ever saw her stand still, nor without a big smile on her face!
