I planned our wedding from across the country, and Kim was exactly what I needed to ease the stress of not being physically near my venue/vendors during the planning process. I was able to send all of my decoration items to her prior to the wedding, and trusted her eye-for-design to set them up. SO glad I did! Everything looked absolutely phenomenal down to the folding of our napkins at each place setting. Kim was also an angel in ensuring no detail was overlooked. I even forgot an item for our guestbook in my hotel room, and her assistant drove all the way to my hotel to get it! Kim seamlessly made sure the schedule was kept and she was the calm presence I needed during our hectic & exciting day. Overall, I can't recommend her enough. Trust me, you need a Kim Newton on your wedding day!! Thank you, Kim, for helping to make our day spectacular.

and beyond helpful. I had multiple "panic" moments where I would frantically reach out to Kim and she put me at ease every time. She also got me the best vendors and every one of them did an amazing job. As a very indecisive person, she kept me in line and was always super creative with ideas according to the vibe that I was looking to create. The day of the wedding, I was surprisingly calm (which I did not expect to be at all) and it was all because of Kim and her team. The day and everything about the wedding was PERFECT because of her attention to detail and expertise. She exceeded my expectations - made sure everything went smoothly and was there every step of the way for my guests and I. It was the wedding of my dreams and I thank Kim and her team for that! I wish I could relive the day over and over again.

When something went slightly out of order (our shuttles were running late to pick up the guests), my sister was starting to get stressed, but Kim took over and was perfectly calm figuring out what was happening and how to correct it. Kim also did all our flower arrangements. We just ordered them online and she made the arrangements herself instead of us paying for a florist. They turned out to be one of my favorite parts of the wedding and she saved us so much money. We highly recommend Kim Newton.

While finalizing details and the day of schedule Kim was a great sounding board and came up with many extra suggestions to make projects easier or come together more cohesively. She would send me pictures of ideas I described so that my ideas came to life. I decided not to hire a florist and do the flower arrangements myself (yes, I'm crazy), this left Kim in charge of setting up and decorating the whole venue in addition to keeping track of all the other vendors setting up and ensuring our pictures were kept on schedule. She showed up an hour ahead of our agreed upon time to ensure that everything ran as smoothly as possible and that was a huge help. Everything looked absolutely beautiful at the reception site. During the event, Kim was the epitome of cool, calm, and collected. I didn't have to worry about a thing! After the wedding, she helped load up my parents car and even helped them unload the car at their house that night. They can't stop singing her praises :)
