only traditional wedding food so we also asked for a couple items on our menu to be a bit unique. We were so happy we asked because her empanadas were AMAZING! The food was delicious, the staff was great and professional. Would highly recommend her for all your catering needs!

It was farm to table fresh from local ingredients. She started with amazing appetizers, shrimp gazpacho, stuffed pepperdews, and cucumber cups with local trout mouse made to order & served from trays by experienced servers. The meal was prepared on site served piping hot to each guest. My husband and I look back on our meal of airline chicken and flank steak as the best meal we've had the pleasure of eating. Everyone is still talking about the rice. The one thing I will never forget is how her staff treated me! I felt like the most important person in the world. They were always there filling my drink or checking to see if I needed anything to make my day better. My husband felt the same way. Kimberley is an amazing chef and person. make a fantastic brunch menu. Not only did they deliver the food but they also provided all of the disposables too. The food was amazing and we got compliments from everyone in attendance! I think everyone went up for seconds, or at least took some extras home. I would absolutely use Kimberley Ashlee Catering again and will recommend them to all that ask.
