nd email in May to schedule my consultation and bridal shower look. I still didn’t hear back and by this point my contract was already breached because she didn’t fulfill my second bridal look OR the mandatory consultation. I even had my wedding coordinator reach out to her. She finally responded to us TWO weeks before my wedding date. We talked and she even said she understood why I wouldn’t continue the service. When I text her my decision and asked for my deposit back, I realized that she blocked me from contacting her! This unresponsiveness and blocking very unprofessional given that I, as the client, had to reach out several times.
