my wedding makeup, I knew she was the right hair and makeup stylist for my big day. She has a calmness and steadiness to her that changes the feel of the room. No matter how harried things got at different points during the wedding day, she remained cool, calm, and collected (and helped me to do the same!). I wasn't sure what I wanted her to do with my hair (and hadn't pulled any pictures at all beforehand) but I gave her a general description of what I thought would be good. She completely blew me away. Often in the past when I've had updos for events, I've gone back over the stylist's work and changed things I didn't like. I did not even touch my hair after Kimberly finished with it until I took it down at the hotel late that night! I have never loved my hair more than I did on my wedding day. 😊 Kimberly also did an incredible job with my make-up. I was hesitant about having my makeup done for the wedding because in the past, I've felt like artists have put on too much or made me look not quite like myself. She honored my request to look as natural as possible and the end result was just PERFECT! I felt beautiful that day. One of the most impressive things about her work was how well it held up. I did not need to touch up or reapply at all after she finished - despite a LOT of tears and some rain. I would HIGHLY recommend Kimberly's services to any bride looking for an amazing stylist/artist who has the bonus of being SUPER fun to have around on your special day.
