Whether your event is in New Orleans, as far east as Lake Charles, or a destination wedding in Many, Louisiana, I will deliver! Creations can be made to duplicate designs and coordinate with the colors and styles of your event and can be made with buttercream, fondant or both. I specialize in gum paste flowers that are created by hand and hand painted with detail to look life-like. We also provide 3-D cakes and spherical cakes. Growing up in Southwest Louisiana, Kim developed a passion for baking while creating traditional Cajun desserts along side her mother and grandmother in the kitchen. This passion quickly grew into a love for the artistic side of cake design in high school. When not creating and designing, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends. Kim is excited to provide quality work and delicious designs to new clients in the Morgan City areas as well as to those who already know and love her specialty cakes.

This cake was DELICIOUS. I actually cannot wait until our anniversary so that I can bust into the freezer stash! Wedding cake usually sucks, but our cake was SO good. So moist. Mmm...

at we wanted. Kimbla nailed it, going so far as to arrange flowers from our florist onto the cake! The cake was perfect! It looked so beautiful and we got so many compliments on it. Not only that, the flavors of each tier were delicious. We chose cherry bourbon, chocolate raspberry, and a lemon flavor (sorry, we picked a long time ago). Suffice to say, they were incredible.
One of my favorite moments from that night was taking cake back up to our room and eating it on our bed, dead tired and starving. That cake hit the spot. Please consider Kimbla's Cakes if you're looking for a wedding cake. She can be a little hard to get ahold of sometimes, but it was so worth it!
