A Sweet Start - The key to bringing your vision to life? The details. The best time to connect with KimCake4U is after your date, venue, and overall event design have been finalized. Once those pieces are in place, simply complete our contact form and share a few details about your celebration. We’ll respond by email as soon as possible to schedule your private tasting and design consultation. 2. The Sugar Rush - Now for the sweetest part. During your tasting, you’ll be invited to select up to four cake flavors and four fillings to sample. If you’re dreaming of a dessert table, you may also choose up to three items from our dessert menu to try. As you enjoy your private tasting and design consultation, we’ll talk through your inspiration, event details, and design ideas while beginning to craft a cake that reflects your style and celebration perfectly. 3. Saving the Date - Once your flavors and design details are finalized, we begin bringing your vision to life. After your tasting, you’ll receive a detailed proposal and estimate. Your event date is officially reserved once the initial payment is received—securing your place on our calendar and allowing our team to begin planning your custom creation. 4. The Big Day - Your wedding day has arrived—the moment when every detail comes together. From the flowers to the décor, and of course the cake that ties it all together. Our team personally delivers and professionally sets up your cake so it looks exactly as you envisioned. If you’ve chosen a display cake paired with a cutting cake, we’ll ensure all servings are pre-marked for seamless service. A quick note: If you reach out over the weekend, our team may be busy creating cakes and celebrating events. We’ll respond to all inquiries by the following Monday or Tuesday.
