Kimmans is truly the best I have every seen or worked with. From the moment we first met, I felt as if this was the only person who could provide us with the personalized and very specific items and service style we knew we wanted. To have so many options that were designed specifically for our event were amazing. Caroline had a way of making us feel as if our event was the only event she was working on. From designs, to colors, to personalization. It was all perfect. The fact that we had a budgeted amount of money that we could spend, caroline never looked at that. Everything we wanted and more, was provided and we never even came close to our budget. Kimmans has a mission to fulfill the needs, wishes and desires of her customers. I promise you, you won’t get any better service in product results or customer service. When we were getting ready to mail our invitations, I was short a few because we had added people. When I called Caroline, her answer was “oh that’s no problem, how many do you need, I’ll have them ready for you to pick up tomorrow”. The fact that I needed 11 and she so willingly provided me with 11 and the cost was amazing. Any other company would have required 7-10 days or a full purchase of a bundle. Following our wedding needs, although we live out of state now, I still go to Kimmans for all of our needs. Truly a 10 star 🌟 rating in a 5 star scale.
