Once a student at USC and now a thriving business owner, this is a story of success. Kim moved along a path from advertising to being an owner of a surf and skate shop. This actualized journey flourished through the avenue of Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts in Toronto, Canada. In the current day, Kim is proud to present the product of her accomplishments; Kimmycakes.
Kim welcomes questions and curiosities from all of her customers. Those with a craving for artistic and scrumptious delights are encouraged to reach out to Kim with their wedding cake ideas. By working together, a one-of-a-kind creation can come to life, serving up a tasty experience for all in the celebration’s attendance. For those who aren’t guests, her designs present beautifully for social media, creating a feast for the eyes as well. Everything is baked from scratch, so Kimmycakes encourages couples to reach out early to allow ample time for their dream cake.

illing to play with different flavors to fit what you want. For us, she made a spice cake with honey buttercream, and everyone absolutely loved it. The cake tasting with her was also one of my favorite memories from wedding planning - she presented all the options so beautifully and talked through all them to help us make a very informed decision! The cake was also beautiful and decorated exactly as we wanted.

aste divine???not often. She also did some custom baked items for gift baskets with her signature creativity. Our first visit was in her sparkling new industrial kitchen. She made 3 small actual wedding cakes for us to taste. Each one was heaven. She builds confidence with her knowledge and multitude of choices for cake flavors and serving pieces. This was a WOW at my daughter's wedding. Kim went to work on the cake and needed almost no input from us after we made the choice. This can be the easiest, most stellar results you can find in wedding cakes. You will be thrilled and overwhelmed with the beauty of the cakes.
