team planning the event. They provided concise event pricing and we had no suprises the week of our wedding. The food was fabulous - hors d'oeuvres, dinner and our custom cake were all great...we received lots of positive feedback from our guests. Our vendors (floral, DJ and photographers) work in Bozeman often and said they enjoy working at the venue. The Kimpton service staff were detailed and professional. We had a magical wedding at the venue and would highly recommend.
They asked me a long list of questions about what I wanted in a venue. Then they sent me a proposal that didn’t address a single one. I asked for Saturday dates, my proposal is for...
a Friday. I said I wasn’t sure about needing a room block, over half the proposal is just talking about room blocks. I said I had some special catering concerns regarding dietary restrictions, they sent the generic catering info that has nothing helpful on it. It’s a lovely space, but we’ve chosen to go with a different venue because first impressions matter and I don’t believe they have a real interest in listening to their wedding clients.

ng me unable to reserve a room. If I were her manager, I would fire her. Also, as a business owner I am highly disappointed with them and their service. The end result is a waste of other people's time and money.
