It was both good and bad. The rooftop Halo bar was an amazing view and fun place for our wedding and reception. I had talked with the sales manager on several occasions to ensure t...imelines, set up, etc was done as we wanted. The food was delicious, set up was mostly done as wanted. Staff was pleasant and were quick to clear plates, etc. The bad-a cake should only be out 2 hours tops and yet it was out the entire time and was starting to melt and the flowers were falling off before we cut it. It should have been in the fridge and brought out 1 hour prior to cutting as I believed was to happen. I had requested to take a large piece of cake home to freeze but was not given it I had to reach out to the sales manager and have someone go get it. Valet goes to midnight. If they are leaving they should bring the cars to the front and leave keys at front desk. When a guest and her small child went to ask for her car the valet said they would get but after an hour never came back and she had to arrange a ride with a car seat to get home. I had requested the windows be fully open, they were not and with side doors left open the inside area was very hot, I had to complain to someone to get the windows open and cool the room down. When over the staff immediately rushed everyone out even those members of my wedding party attempting to get our items. Several items we ended up not getting. I heard several staff comment they had never hosted a wedding up there so I’m thinking mine was a bit of a lesson learning experience. While overall my guests had a great time the few items I was upset about were never really addressed with me which left me frustrated. Your wedding and reception you never get back.
