We found this gem on the knot and toured this place and booked it immediately. We had a handful of hiccups and felt that we had made the wrong decision going with this venue. However Sally Mai went above and beyond to make this experience effortless and enjoyable! Amazing staff, beautiful views, outstanding food ! We had a small wedding about 50 guest and everyone loved the hotel! I highly recommend this venue ! It was a blast to be there and enjoy downtown Huntington Beach!!

I had my ceremony/reception at the Shorebreak Hotel in HB. It was a small affair with only 50 people and I rented the Peak Room. The staff was great, especially Jan Douglas. She was amazing. I feel they far exceeded my expectations.

We had a small reception for friends and family in California. This hotel is the perfect mix of modern amenities, cutting edge food and surfer comforts! The staff was very attentive to our needs and all the small details. The service was top notch from the moment I toured the facility through planning, our special evening and even when we returned to our home in Colorado! The room we booked did not have an ocean view but was very charming with a stone fireplace and cozy outdoor patio space where the bar was located. The patio overlooks an historic building that is now an antique shop; not impressive by many standards but held an amazing story for my family! It turns out that my grandfather and his family first lived in this very building when they moved to California from Arkansa. This historic value was just the cherry on top for our experience at ShoreBreak Hotel!

The event staff was so very helpful. The venue is perfect. We used the garden for the ceremony and the ballrooms for the reception. Great spot!!!!!!

We absolutely loved almost everything about the Shorebreak. The space was great, the location was amazing, and the service was fantastic. Even though our event was on the small side, every question and request was handled courteously and in a timely fashion.

The Shorebreak Hotel is the perfect location if you are getting married in the Huntington Beach area. It is a boutique hotel located one block from Main street in the middle of the action and right across from the pier. The rooms are adorable and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar are also excellent. And the staff made all our guests feel special.
