I can't say enough good things about Kimwood Ranch. The property is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Natalie handled everything so effortlessly and put my mind at ease that everything would be perfect for my daughter's wedding and it was. She worked with us on every little detail. The flower arrangements she put together were stunning. The two houses on the property were so welcoming and the views are breathtaking. The bridal party stayed in both houses the first night and then one house (overlooking the valley) became the wedding night suite and the other was used for family. Having breakfast in the sunroom the next morning was so relaxing. What a great way to end the weekend. We have received so many compliments on what a great venue and event it was.

Kimwood Ranch is truly a magical place to celebrate a wedding! We had the incredible experience of having both of our sons get married here—one in the fall and one in the spring—and each wedding was absolutely beautiful and unforgettable. The gorgeous country setting and stunning property provide the perfect backdrop for a wedding. The open barn transforms into the most beautiful, magical reception space, while the ceremony overlooking the picturesque hills is simply breathtaking. A very special thank-you goes to Natalie, the wedding coordinator, who was a consummate professional from start to finish. She went above and beyond to bring the wedding vision and inspiration to life, paying attention to every detail and making sure everything ran smoothly. Because of her care and expertise, we were able to relax and truly enjoy these incredibly special days with our families. Having the use of the two houses on the property was another wonderful feature. They were perfect for the night before the weddings and provided beautiful, comfortable spaces for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready on the big day. After experiencing Kimwood Ranch twice, in two different seasons, we can honestly say that we cannot recommend it highly enough. The setting is gorgeous, the venue is truly special, and the people make the experience exceptional. Kimwood Ranch holds a very special place in our hearts!

e rolling hills of Potter Valley. One of the greatest benefits is having the entire property for the whole weekend. With tables, chairs, and two comfortable, clean homes included, we were able to hold the rehearsal dinner and wedding in one place. The groom and his groomsmen stayed in one home, while the bride and her bridesmaids stayed in the larger house on the hill. Having the wedding party together all weekend made everything feel especially warm, safe, and relaxed. Guests staying in Redwood Valley and Ukiah also had easy access to the venue. The owners were kind and welcoming, and the site wedding coordinator, Natalie, was exceptional. She was organized, attentive, and made everything seamless from beginning to end. She met with the bride, groom, and me regularly, confirmed vendors and contracts, and stepped in whenever I felt overwhelmed. From the beginning, Natalie promised that I would be a guest at my daughter’s wedding—and she delivered. I was able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and leave the details to Natalie and her wonderful team. Our experience was so special that two additional weddings were booked at Kimwood because of our daughter’s celebration. We wholeheartedly recommend Kimwood Ranch to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and truly memorable wedding venue.

ace for getting ready between the two houses, a variety of locations for photos, we loved having space for some guests to camp, and so much more. Our dance floor in the barn was packed till the very end! There was so much flexibility working with the whole Kimwood team - they were all kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. The owners are some of the sweetest people you’ll meet. All of our vendors loved the location and enjoyed working with them too. Natalie as our coordinator went above and beyond, providing insight and guidance on the aspects I felt unsure of or wasn’t even thinking about. She truly made our wedding as smooth as possible and such a memorable day. I can’t say enough good things about her and the experience I got to have as a bride because of her. I’m tearing up writing this because she made such an impact! We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at Kimwood!

Natalie is a star, her and the team as well as the family that owns the ranch, went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up the way we hoped and covered all the little details which made us feel so comfortable and stress-free. Plus the property itself is absolutely stunning! There are plenty of gorgeous spots to take pictures, the homes for our direct families were so spacious and serene - we absolutely adored the vintage style too. We weren't the type of couple looking for a farm style wedding though, more of a backyard, bespoke or pinterest-y vibe but they totally helped us pull it off. Everything felt perfect, thank you Kimwood Ranch!!! <3

was going to come together. We need not have worried. Natalie and the folks at Kimwood Ranch took SUCH good care of us! From the moment we stepped onto the Ranch, we felt like family. Seriously, they helped turn one of the most overwhelming weeks in our lives, into the very best. From all the tiny details, to the big stuff, Natalie was on the ball. She was great with communication and she guided us throughout our planning process. When it came to the wedding, she understood our vision and made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of. And did I mention how beautiful the ranch is?!? Just being there made us and our guests so happy. It’s peaceful. It’s private. You feel like you're in your own little world.
