It’s hard to describe the amazing services provided by Kindle & Gather. Kali, the lead planner, made the months leading up to the wedding and the day-of flawless. Kali is not only ...
one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met, but she also has a natural talent for accommodating the specific needs/personalities of the brides she works with. I personally wanted to be really hands-on with the planning and Kali had a way of making incredibly helpful suggestions while still letting me take the lead! A friend of mine has also used Kali to plan her wedding and she had no desire to be a part of the planning process, so Kali took the lead without question. Hiring Kali was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process, because she allowed me, my groom and our families to just enjoy the day and focus on what is really important! I could not recommend Kindle & Gather more.

the decor set up and the timeline and the venue looked more perfect than I could have dreamed and the whole night went as smooth as can be! Not to mentioned she is the sweetest person to work with. Now to find a new reason to have to work with her again!

y that we could trust her to take care of all the details and final planning, which allowed for the groom and me to relax and enjoy our wedding day together stress free.
Beyond being incredibly kind and organized, she handles tough situations with grace and supports/ carries out exactly what the bride and groom wishes. It’s inevitable that everyone has one of those irritating family members or friends, but it’s nothing that she can’t handle! We’re so thankful that Kali was a part of our wedding day and grateful for everything she did for us.
Kali was the BEST in helping us plan a wedding for our daughter. From our every first lets-grab-some-coffee meeting her thoughts, suggestions, calming nature, and words of encourag...
ement put any worries or concerns to rest, and they continued to do throughout the planning process. Every vender she suggested was top-notch and just what we needed. She was quick to return phone calls and emails, super helpful in keeping us on track, and kept communications with the various venders on-going to assure everything would run smoothly and seamlessly. Loved the way Kali worked with our overall vision and how everything came together even better than we hoped or imagined! I highly recommend this one power-house of planner to anyone in the process of planning a wedding!
Kali was an absolute delight to work with through the whole wedding planning process. I became very overwhelmed at times by wedding planning and every call with Kali she put me at ...

estions, helped me with any issues I had and suggested amazing little and big details leading up to the day. When we finally met I felt like I was meeting up with my best friend! She has a rare ability to make you feel so comfortable and at ease that you forget to be stressed! Kali was the MVP of our wedding day without question. I could not have pulled off our wedding without her. I am beyond thankful that she was a special part of our big day. You will not regret hiring Kali!
Kali felt like a best friend helping me on my wedding day rather than just a coordinator. She made everything easy and fun and stress-free. She worked with our vendors so well and ...
our caterer told us multiple times how much he enjoyed working with Kali. I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for her hard work and all she did for me! My (now) husband and I continually say how thankful we were for our team of vendors and how incredible Kali was to work with. Not to mention, the only reason we were sad our wedding was over was it meant we didn't get to work with Kali anymore! She's the best!!
Kali was absolutely wonderful. She knows so well what she's doing! I was so nervous on our wedding day, but she made the nerves go away (after the I do's of course...) She was alwa...
